Multiply 3 for FREE campaign (“Campaign”).
2. Promoters’ name:
2.1. This campaign is offered by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd (“Multiply”), an entity within Momentum Group Limited, with reg. no. 2014/188245/07, having its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157.
2.2. In these rules we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, or “us” or “we” or “our” or “Multiply”. We will refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. The campaign offer:
3.1. After completing a digital health assessment and based on the results, you will be placed on a specific rewards level (level 1 to level 5) on Multiply Inspire Plus:
3.1.1. You will receive up to three (3) months (the “campaign period”) free access to Multiply Inspire Plus on the Multiply app, granting you access to Multiply partner benefits.
3.1.2. Late registration will result in the three-month offer being shortened.
3.1.3. During the campaign period, you may complete activities that ordinarily qualify for HealthReturns under the standard Multiply Inspire Plus rules. Any HealthReturns earned will be administered in accordance with the applicable Multiply product rules. If your Healthy Heart Score (HHS) result is Amber, Amber-Red, or Red, you would need an in-person health assessment if you choose to continue on Multiply Inspire Plus and have onboarded onto a Momentum Multiply qualifying product enable access to your HealthReturns;
3.2. Where an individual holds the relevant qualifying Momentum Multiply product, the following Multiply HealthReturns may be earned in accordance with the applicable product features:
3.2.1. enable access to any Multiply HealthReturns accumulated during the campaign period, subject to the rules applicable to the qualifying product;
3.2.2. the ability to earn up to R250 per month in Multiply HealthReturns, based on completion of the health and fitness assessment; and
3.2.3. be eligible to receive up to R750 in Multiply HealthReturns, based on your participation in Weekly Wins and Monthly Wins.
4. Duration of the campaign:

5. How to redeem the offer:
5.1. Click on the campaign link/QR code to complete and submit the digital form. Look out for an email with your login credentials.
5.2. You will be granted access to Multiply Inspire Plus on the Multiply app to enjoy the benefits.
5.3. You will be able to accumulate HealthReturns during the campaign period once you register on the Multiply app, go through the onboarding journey, and complete the Lifestyle Quiz and digital assessment.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in the campaign, you must be:
6.1.1. A natural person who is between the ages of 18 and 80 years old;
6.1.2. A registered financial adviser or intermediary;
6.1.3. A South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.4. In possession of a valid South African ID document/card, South African driving license or valid passport for identification purposes; and
6.1.5. Registered with the Council for Medical Schemes and have a valid registration number.
7. Exclusions and restrictions
7.1. This offer is not available to the following persons:
7.1.1. People who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in 6.1;
7.1.2. A business or corporate entity;
7.1.3. People who would ordinarily be excluded in terms of any third-party rules, terms or conditions; and
7.1.4. Staff of Momentum Group Limited.
7.2. The Multiply Travel benefit is excluded from this campaign and any benefit used may be recovered.
7.3. You are only eligible to participate in the campaign on a once-off basis, once the campaign period expires or if you cancel before such expiry, you are no longer eligible to participate in the campaign.
8. Cancellation and expiry of rewards
8.1. If at any point during the campaign period, you no longer wish to participate in the campaign you may log in to your Multiply app and delete your account.

10. Privacy
10.1. You understand and agree that to access this campaign, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include, first name, last name, email address, mobile number, medical related information and in certain instances your image.
10.2. Personal information which you provide during this campaign may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity, unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications.

11. General
11.1. By making use of this campaign, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
11.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, our decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this campaign and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3. We cannot guarantee the performance of any third-party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third-party.
11.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this campaign.
11.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/rules is deemed void or otherwise be unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules shall remain in force;.
11.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate access cancellation to the partner offers.
11.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or as a result of using this campaign, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of us or our affiliates, agents, and/or representatives.
11.8. Any rights accrued in terms of the campaign may not be sold or given to someone else.
11.9. The benefits of the campaign cannot be swapped for a different campaign or reward/s.
11.10. This campaign is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
11.11. You cannot use this campaign together with any other promotion we may offer.
12. Rule amendments
12.1. These terms, conditions and/rules cannot be modified or superseded, except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum website, or other campaign communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
12.2. We reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this campaign in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
12.3. In the event of such termination, members that have made use of this campaign, will agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this campaign and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoters, its agents, or employees.

14. Important
14.1. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/rules are severable.

14.3. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this campaign in any way.
14.4. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt or whatever may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
14.5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time GMT plus two hours will be used.
14.6. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all your rights, or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
14.7. Access to the campaign is provided solely for product‑familiarisation purposes and does not constitute remuneration, commission, a financial incentive, or any form of compensation for the broker. Participation in the campaign is voluntary and is not linked to, or dependent on, the marketing, sale, advice or onboarding of any Momentum products.
