1. Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to give you information and guidelines on how the new wellness rewards products, Multiply Inspire and Inspire Plus and Multiply Engage and Engage Plus, will work.
2. Parties and/or participants
2.1. Momentum Multiply – refers to Momentum Multiply Proprietary Limited herein referred to as “We” or “Us” or “Our” or “Momentum Multiply”.
2.2. Member – refers to main member; partner/spouse; adult dependant; child dependant herein referred to us as “you” or “your”.
3. Momentum Multiply general programme rules
3.1. These set of terms, conditions and rules are referred to as the “Momentum Multiply general rules” which govern the relationship between Momentum Multiply and its members.
3.2. These general rules apply to all Momentum Multiply benefits, programmes, products, offers, assessments, challenges and all other campaigns run by Momentum Multiply.
4. Acceptance of these general rules
4.1. By being part of any Momentum Multiply product, you agree to have read, understood and accepted these rules.
4.2. The use of the Momentum Multiply products will be deemed as your acceptance of all terms, conditions and rules governing this agreement.
4.3. You also agree to all the different sets of terms and conditions related to digital channel usage, privacy policy, rewards, partner terms and conditions (channel and product).
4.4. These rules will apply to and bind all Momentum Multiply member(s). Any rule that applies to the main member, will therefore apply to dependants.
4.5. These terms, conditions and rules are applicable to all Momentum Multiply members, save for where they are specifically excluded by clauses or headings.
4.6. The benefits and rewards of the Momentum Multiply products (defined hereafter) can only be used for leisure and not business purposes.
5. Acceptance of benefit rules
5.1. You voluntary chose to use the Momentum Multiply benefits, the choice to use these benefits binds you to the Momentum Multiply benefit rules and the terms and conditions of the Multiply partners.

6. Who qualifies as a main member
6.1. The main member is the person who applies for and takes out the medical scheme membership. This will be the main member on the Multiply membership as well who is permitted to upgrade all members to the Plus programme.
6.2. If you are the main member on a qualifying medical scheme, you will be the main member on the Multiply product. We carry the family composition across from the medical scheme.
6.3. If you upgrade, all members on the policy will be upgrade as per the composition on the medical scheme option. The main member will not have the option to select members for the Plus programme.
7. Who qualifies to be on your Momentum Multiply membership
7.1. Only members/dependants who are added to the qualifying scheme membership will be permitted to join Inspire, Inspire Plus, Engage or Engage Plus.
8. Momentum membership eligibility
8.1. If you’re on the following Momentum Medical Scheme options, you qualify for Multiply Inspire and Multiply Inspire Plus: Evolve Option, Custom Option, Extender Option, Incentive Option and Summit Option.
8.2. If you’re on the Ingwe Option on Momentum Medical Scheme, you qualify for Multiply Engage and Multiply Engage Plus.
8.3. Members of other qualifying schemes are also eligible for Multiply Engage and Multiply Engage Plus.

8.4. You can be part of a free product or the paid product. The benefits of the paid product always supersede that of the free product that you’re on. You can only be on one active paid product at a time.
8.5. The roles on Momentum Medical Scheme will be shared with Momentum Multiply and determine the roles and pricing as classified by Momentum Multiply.
9. Commencement of Momentum Multiply products
9.1. After all required information and documentation was supplied, the membership can either start immediately or on the date requested by you.
9.2. The Momentum Multiply product will start on the start date mentioned on the confirmation of your membership.
10. Membership fees and charges
10.1. Monthly membership fees will be payable to Momentum Multiply.
10.1.1. Your monthly fee will be based on the family composition on your medical scheme plan.

10.1.2. Membership fees may be increased or decreased by Momentum Multiply in its sole discretion, and will be applied to existing Momentum Multiply members on an annual basis at the beginning of each year.
10.1.3. Payment frequency will be monthly, or such other frequency determined by Momentum Multiply from time to time.
10.1.4. Monthly membership fees will be guaranteed for the year.
10.1.5. Fees are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT). The provisions of the Value-Added Tax Act 89 of 1991 and subsequent amendments will be applicable.
10.1.6. Any change in membership fees will be communicated to you at least one month before such changes take effect.
10.2. Extra charges and/or fees
10.2.1. If you earn HealthReturns, you’ll pay a R40 per year administration fee for your HealthSaver account.
10.3. Individual business
10.3.1. Membership fees are payable in advance on the date of your choice, once per month.
10.3.2. Membership fees are calculated by the Momentum Multiply product type selected and the number of members of different role types on the Momentum Multiply product.
10.4. Group business
10.4.1. Membership fees may be paid monthly in advance or monthly in arrears depending on the agreement with the Group.
11. Payment options
Membership fees may be paid via:
11.1. Individual business:
11.1.1. Individual debit order; or
11.1.2. Payroll deduction (if your company has a stop order agreement in place with Momentum Multiply)
11.2. Group business:
11.2.1. Company debit order; or
11.2.2. Stop order
12. Unpaid memberships
12.1. If you haven’t paid your membership fee when due, Momentum Multiply will downgrade your paid Momentum Multiply membership to the free Momentum Multiply membership product until such time that all unpaid amounts are settled.
12.2. You will continue to accumulate rewards, but it will be at the adjusted Momentum Multiply product.
12.3. The free Momentum Multiply product will be upgraded again to the paid product when Momentum Multiply receives the outstanding membership fees.
12.4. The rewards payment will be adjusted accordingly from the date the outstanding amount was settled in full.
13. Identification
13.1. You may be identified by the Momentum Multiply partners through use of their online profile credentials, RSA ID number, client number or membership number, or by such other mode as may be prescribed by Momentum Multiply to you from time to time which may be specific for each or a group of Momentum Multiply partners.
13.2. The identification process for the Momentum Multiply members shall be as specified in the specific rules for that Momentum Multiply partner.
14. Change in member policies or membership
14.1. Movement between Momentum Multiply products
14.1.1. Only the main member can request or initiate the move between Momentum Multiply products.
14.1.2. You can move between the paid and free product at any time during the month via the Momentum Multiply app or by contacting the Momentum Multiply call centre on 0861 88 66 00.
14.1.3. The rewards and HealthReturns will be calculated based on the outcomes of the health activities (Lifestyle Quiz, fitness assessment, health assessment, weekly and monthly goals and leaderboard challenges) and the related rewards from the date the upgrade/downgrade selection that was made by the main member.
14.2. Factors that affect membership
14.2.1. Marriage:
14.2.2. When a spouse/partner/dependant is added to the scheme, the Momentum Multiply membership will be updated automatically to reflect the updated scheme’s family composition.
14.2.3. The roles, as captured on the scheme’s policy, will be mirrored on the Momentum Multiply membership.
14.2.4. If members are added or removed, we will calculate the new fee structure, and raise and collect in the next billing cycle.
14.2.5. If a member joins mid-month, we will do a pro-rata raising and collect in the next billing cycle.
14.3. Demise
14.3.1. In case of the demise of the main member, the Momentum Multiply membership will be terminated in conjunction with the termination of the Momentum Medical Scheme policy in the case of single memberships or where no qualifying partner or adult dependant takes over the Momentum Medical Scheme policy.
14.3.2. In the case of demise of any other member on the membership, the member will be removed from the Momentum Multiply membership and the membership fee will be updated according to the Momentum Medical Scheme family composition.
14.3.3. The removal date of the demised member will be the date on which the death certificate is received by Momentum Multiply.
14.4. Divorce or separation
14.4.1. In the case where a main member and partner get divorced or separated, the Momentum Multiply membership will be updated to reflect the Momentum Medical Scheme’s family composition when the said member is removed from the Momentum Medical Scheme policy.
14.4.2. In the event where the said member is NOT removed from the Momentum Medical Scheme policy, the member will remain as a member on the Momentum Multiply membership.
15. Termination and cancelation of membership
15.1. The Momentum Multiply membership will be terminated when the main member cancels the Momentum Medical Scheme product linked to the Momentum Multiply product.
15.2. On termination date, your rights to the benefits will cease and no refunds of any fees paid will be permitted.
15.3. You can cancel your membership on the Multiply app, (Help Centre widget). You will be downgraded to the free plan from the last day of the current month.
15.4. Momentum Multiply may cancel or suspend your membership upon conclusion of investigation proving one of the below:
15.4.1. You breach any of the rules of Momentum Multiply; or
15.4.2. You are using the benefit(s) of the product in an abusive and/or fraudulent manner.
15.5. Where you have been temporary suspended from a Momentum Multiply benefit, no Momentum's Multiply rewards can be claimed for the duration of the suspension.
15.6. The policy is suspended immediately. In this time, you will not earn any rewards or benefits. Once suspension is lifted, you will have access to all rewards and benefits.
16. Termination and cancelation of benefits
16.1. Benefit/Product rules may include a minimum use of certain products and failing to meet these minimum utilisation rules could result in changes of the benefit rights or termination of that benefit.

17. Unauthorised use of membership or benefits
17.1. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent any unauthorised use of your Momentum Multiply benefits and/or your passwords.
17.2. Any unauthorised transactions made and/or authorised using your device credentials will not be covered by us and will be for your sole responsibility.
18. Tax implications
18.1. You are fully responsible for any tax implications arising from or associated with any discounts, rewards, benefits received, accumulated or spent due to being a member of, or participating in, Momentum Multiply products. You are advised to obtain your own tax advice regarding any benefit they may receive in terms of these rules. Momentum Multiply will not be responsible for any tax consequences that may arise.
19. Change to the terms, conditions and rules
19.1. Momentum Multiply may, in its sole discretion and at any time, amend these rules and/or any business rules associated with them in any manner whatsoever. Such amendments may include, but shall not be limited to, amendments to the amounts and percentages referred to in these rules as well as changing the model of the Momentum Multiply programme.
19.2. Momentum Multiply will provide you with reasonable notice (within 30 days) of any such intended amendment by publishing the details thereof on Momentum Multiply digital channels or any other manner as Momentum Multiply may determine in its sole discretion.
19.3. You will be provided with thirty days prior notice to any amendments and if you continue to use the Momentum Multiply benefits at the end of the notice period (effective date), you will be deemed to have accepted the amendments.
20. Important disclosures and legal matters
20.1. If you fail to comply with any part of these rules, you will be disqualified and you will forfeit any benefit(s).
20.2. You must use the benefits available responsibly. If we find that you acted dishonestly or fraudulently in your engagement, we reserve the right to take corrective action by, but not limited to the adjustment of any rewards issued to you/members as a result of such fraudulent or dishonest behaviour.
20.3. Should we not exercise some or all of our rights or waive certain requirements shall not be seen as a waiver of our rights or deprive us from insisting on strict adherence to those terms or any other term at a later stage. You must not assume that this means that the rules have been changed or that it no longer applies to you.
20.4. Momentum Multiply’s products are not a substitute for medical advice, please consult with qualified healthcare providers with any questions you may have about a medical condition or treatment.
20.5. Momentum Multiply is not responsible/liable for any unauthorised human or technical intervention, or for any transactions that are not processed, executed, saved or transmitted, regardless of the cause. Momentum Multiply may at its sole discretion decide who may participate in these benefits/challenges.
20.6. Momentum Multiply may at its sole discretion decide who may join in the Momentum Multiply products.
20.7. Any benefit allocated to you considers prevailing legislation and/or any applicable practice. In the event of a change in the applicable legislation and/or practice, Momentum Multiply reserves the right to adjust the benefits accordingly without any reasonable notice to you.
20.8. You have no legal relationship with Momentum Multiply, other than being bound by these rules, which will stay valid.
20.9. If one or more of these rules are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such portions will be severable from the body and it will not impact the validity of remaining rules, which will stay valid.
20.10. You may not transfer or cede or exchange or sell membership, benefit or reward rights to another person.
20.11. You may not use the Momentum Multiply membership as security for any debt.
20.12. References to any literature, including but not limited to digital channels, does not mean Momentum Metropolitan Holdings (MMH) and its subsidiaries (of which Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd is part of), agents and authorised representatives, accept responsibility for the accuracy of the content of such literature.
20.13. You acknowledge and understand that Momentum Metropolitan Holdings (MMH) and its subsidiaries (of which Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd is part of), associated retirement funds, agents and authorised representatives will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you arising from any cause whatsoever in respect of the benefits.
20.14. Standard call rates apply.
21. Limitation of liability
21.1. Momentum Multiply and/or its subsidiaries, holding company/ies, agents and authorised representatives do not accept responsibility for the accuracy of representations, information, advice, guidance, products and services provided by the Momentum Multiply partners or financial advisers in any form whatsoever. By agreeing to these rules, you indemnify Momentum Multiply and Momentum Metropolitan Holdings.
21.2. Momentum Multiply shall not incur any liability for acts or omissions of any party, including but not limited to Momentum Multiply partners, relating to the use of the Momentum Multiply products.
21.3. Information contained on Momentum Multiply partner websites is made available without any express, implied or tacit representation of warranty whatsoever, and Momentum Multiply disclaims liability for any expense incurred, or any damage or loss sustained which may or could arise from direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages and which may be attributable, directly or indirectly to the use of or reliance upon any information, links or services provided through the Momentum Multiply digital channels and emanating from either contract, delict, taxation or any applicable legislation.
21.4. Momentum Multiply will take reasonable care to prevent loss or damage to you. Momentum Multiply will not be liable for any loss or damage related to your use of the Momentum Multiply products and the use of any goods or services provided through the Momentum Multiply products.
21.5. The main member, partner and dependants indemnify Momentum Metropolitan Holdings (MMH) and its subsidiaries (of which Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd is part of), associated retirement funds, agents and authorised representatives against any loss suffered, including but not limited to a loss of money, on account of any wilful default, negligence, fraud or misrepresentation or abuse or any illegal activity.
21.6. Momentum Multiply is not responsible/liable for any unauthorised human or technical intervention, or for any transactions that is not processed, executed, saved or transmitted, regardless of the cause.
21.7. No warranty/guarantee is made with regards to the software functionality, or uninterrupted or error free services by Momentum Multiply.
22. Applicable law
22.1. Any question of law arising under these rules shall be decided according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
23. How to report a complaint and/or query
23.1. Any query or complaint arising out of or in connection with Momentum Multiply or its products and the documentation associated therewith shall be referred to multiply@momentum.co.za and escalations or complaints to MultiplyEscalations@momentum.co.za.
23.2. All queries and complaints shall be addressed in accordance with the Market Conduct and Complaints Group Framework.
23.3. Momentum Multiply will within 24 hours upon receipt of complaint acknowledge receipt thereof and promptly inform a complainant of the process.
23.4. Momentum Multiply will attempt to resolve a query within 5 business working days; should the query not be resolved within the stipulated timelines, Momentum Multiply will escalate the query to the Escalation Team and this will be logged as a complaint.
23.5. Momentum Multiply will disclose to a complainant expected turnaround times in relation to complaints.
23.6. Momentum Multiply will attempt to resolve the complaint within 30 (thirty) business working days; a decision will be provided to the complainant in writing.
23.7. Should the 30 (thirty) business working days lapse, Momentum Multiply will inform the complainant of the reasons of why the complaint has not been resolved within the prescribed period of 30 (thirty) days. Where the complaint is upheld, any commitment by Momentum Multiply to make compensation payment, goodwill payment or take any other action will be carried out without undue delay and within any agreed timeframe with the complainant. Where a complaint has been rejected, the complainant will be provided with clear and adequate reasons for the decision. The complainant has 90 business working days within which to they can accept or reject the decision/outcome in writing.
23.8. Should you not be satisfied with the resolution, or the decision made after following the internal complaints handling and escalation process, you may lodge the complaint with National Consumer Commission (NCC) under the Consumer Protection Act. Momentum Multiply will provide the NCC contact details (012 428 7000/email: complaints@thencc.org.za) to you in writing as part of the correspondence of the final decision made.
23.9. Momentum Multiply will make available to you the Momentum Multiply website (multiply.co.za) or the Momentum Multiply client contact centre number (0861 88 66 00) whereby you can call or WhatsApp Momentum Multiply.
24. Personal information
24.1. Momentum Multiply will make sure that the Privacy Policy is made available on the Momentum Multiply website and will update it from time to time in line with business and regulatory changes.
24.2. By joining Momentum Multiply products, you consent to the processing and retaining of personal information submitted by you, the financial adviser or the Momentum Multiply service provider of all members (ie partner, dependants) on the product and that this information may be shared within the Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Group and Momentum Multiply service providers for the purpose of carrying out the actions for Momentum Multiply to allocate Momentum Multiply benefits, which shall include various discounts, cashbacks and rewards.
24.3. Where a minor is included in the Momentum Multiply programme, Momentum Multiply will obtain consent from the minor’s guardian for the processing and retention of the minor’s personal information.
24.4. For the purposes of carrying out the actions for Momentum Multiply to allocate Momentum Multiply benefits which shall include various discounts, cashbacks and points, Momentum Multiply will make you aware of your right of access, update or correct your personal information.
24.5. Momentum Multiply will make available a platform(s) for you to access, correct and/or update your personal information.
24.6. Momentum Multiply prior to processing special personal information (SPI) must obtain consent from you. Special personal information refers to religious or philosophical beliefs, race or ethnic origin, trade union membership, political persuasion, health or sex life or biometric information, criminal behaviour of the data subject.
24.7. Instances where Momentum Multiply members who have joined a product under a corporate fund, corporate/medical scheme, Momentum Multiply will be required to obtain consent for the processing, retaining and sharing of member information.
24.8. Momentum Multiply may use your information for historical, statistical and research purposes only when consent has been obtained from you. Appropriate security measures should be implemented to safeguard the information and the information used should be kept confidential and anonymous to not compromise your privacy and that of other members.
25. Physical addresses for legal notices
25.1. The Momentum Multiply main member’s address for purposes of legal notices and proceedings and with regards to the giving of any notice provided for or necessary in terms of these rules will be the postal or physical address as supplied or updated by you in the application form or on any Momentum Multiply platform. Momentum Multiply will use the most recently updated information as supplied by you.
25.2. Momentum Multiply will not use emails for sending legal notices and proceedings.
25.3. Momentum Multiply’s contact details, including physical and postal address, shall be made available on the Momentum Multiply digital channels.
26. Definitions
26.1. Adult dependant refers to natural persons that are at least 18 years old and are listed as a dependant on the main member’s Momentum Medical Scheme plan or other qualifying medical schemes. The adult dependant must be able to provide contactable details (ie email, cellphone number, home phone number). Adult dependants exclude spouses and/or partners of the main member. Members on the main member’s Momentum Medical Scheme not indicated as a spouse/partner will be added to the Momentum Multiply membership as an adult dependant. A confirmation of membership of the relevant medical scheme may be requested upon initial application to the programme to ensure the validity of the addition of members to the Momentum Multiply product. Confirmation of membership from the medical scheme may also be requested by Momentum Multiply on an annual basis.
26.2. Child shall refer to a dependant who is between the ages of 7 and 17 years and is a main member's/partner’s natural child or legally adopted child. A child must have a valid RSA ID number or a passport number. A child can only belong to one Momentum Multiply membership.
26.3. Child dependant shall refer to a dependant who is between the ages of 0 and 6 years and is a main member's/partner’s natural child or legally adopted child. A child dependant must have a valid RSA ID number or a passport number. A child can only belong to one Momentum Multiply membership.
26.4. Benefit shall mean such benefits you as a Momentum Multiply member may be eligible for, based on the Momentum Multiply product specified on the confirmation of membership and shall include various discounts, cashbacks and HealthReturns which you become eligible for or is entitled to due to your membership under the Momentum Multiply product.
26.5. Momentum Medical Scheme option refers to the option you are on. The Momentum Medical Scheme option will determine the type of Momentum Multiply membership you’re eligible for.
26.6. Momentum Multiply partner shall refer to companies which, under agreement/arrangements with Momentum Multiply, have agreed to offer to you discounts/incentives on its products and/or services under Momentum Multiply.
26.7. Momentum Multiply general programme rules shall mean these main terms, conditions and rules for the Momentum Multiply products, which will apply to all Momentum Multiply users who use but is not limited to any of the Multiply benefits, challenges, campaigns, and assessments.
26.8. Momentum Multiply member(s) shall refer to individuals of all role types who have been enrolled on Momentum Multiply products. All Momentum Multiply members can only belong to a single free or paid-for Momentum Multiply product.
26.9. Main member refers to the member who has been enrolled as the main member on Momentum Multiply and specified on the membership as the main member. A main member must be at least 18 years old and have a valid RSA ID number or a passport number. The main member must be able to provide contactable details (ie email, cellphone number, home phone number) at the point of signing up for the product.
26.10. Partner refers to a legally married spouse or life partner of the main member and who is enrolled on Momentum Multiply. A partner must be at least 18 years old and have a valid RSA ID number or a passport number. The partner must be able to provide contactable details (ie email, cellphone number, home phone number) at the point of signing up for the program. The role of a partner may not be changed to an adult dependant to benefit from the point structure. Only one partner is allowed per membership.
26.11. Personal information collected by Momentum Multiply can include, but is not limited to, a data subject’s name, contact details, birth date, identity number, gender, marital status, policy information, bank account, wearable device information, medical and/or health information
26.12. Product shall refer to product issued to you as specified on confirmation of membership. A product can refer to Multiply Engage, Multiply Engage Plus, Multiply Inspire or Multiply Inspire Plus.
26.13. Qualifying product shall refer to any Momentum Medical Scheme option or Group/Scheme administered by Momentum Health Solutions.
26.14. Rewards shall mean the rewards to which you become eligible for because of you being a Momentum Multiply member.
27. Interpretation
27.1. In these rules, the singular always refers to plural, as well as the other way around. In these rules references to the masculine gender shall include the feminine
27.2. The headings in this agreement will not affect the interpretation of it.
Momentum Multiply benefit terms, conditions and rules
1. HealthReturns
1.1. You will earn HealthReturns for participating in the following activities:
1.1.1. Completing a Lifestyle Quiz
1.1.2. Completing a health assessment with a health practitioner or through an in-app digital assessment.
1.1.3. Completing a fitness assessment with a health practitioner or an online assessment.
1.1.4. Physical activity and recovery (Active Dayz and Recharge Dayz)
1.1.5. Participating in leaderboard challenges
1.2. The HealthReturns will be paid into either your HealthSaver account or Multiply wallet as selected or agreed upon by Momentum Multiply.
2. Momentum Multiply partner rewards
2.1 These rules shall apply in conjunction with benefit rules specific to each Momentum Multiply partner.
2.2 Momentum Multiply has entered into arrangements with Momentum Multiply partner(s) for the purposes of providing benefits under Momentum Multiply.
2.3 You will earn discounts and/or cashbacks or be entitled to such other privileges as may be published by Momentum Multiply from time to time from the Momentum Multiply partner(s).
2.4 The member roles that qualify for each of the Momentum Multiply partners rewards are specified per partner and is personalised to each member on the Momentum Multiply app.
2.5 The discount and/or cashbacks that members can receive for each Momentum Multiply Partner is defined separately and is personalised to each member on the Momentum Multiply app.
2.6 Depending on the number of members on the membership, as well as the roles of these members, the membership will be bound to limits on the different categories of Momentum Multiply partner rewards. These are specified on the Momentum Multiply app.
2.7 Some benefits may require the use of Momentum Multiply partner facilities for specified minimum requirements.
2.8 The manner of earning/gaining/credit of the rewards/discounts/benefits under Momentum Multiply shall be specific to each Momentum Multiply partner and/or as specified by Momentum Multiply from time to time on its digital channels or as provided in the Momentum Multiply partner’s website.
2.9 Cashbacks will accrue to you within such time and duration as may be specified with respect to each Momentum Multiply partner from time to time.
2.10 Benefits may only be applied in terms of these rules.
2.11 Benefits provided will also be governed by the Momentum Multiply partners’ terms and conditions.
2.12 Momentum Multiply may, in its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, amend or vary the Momentum Multiply partners and adjust benefits accordingly.
2.13 You will not qualify for benefits in respect of a Momentum Multiply partner who has been terminated or has withdrawn from participating in Momentum Multiply.
2.14 Benefits are available only in South Africa.
3. Momentum Multiply levels and rewards
3.1 A free Multiply Engage or Multiply Inspire membership will be created when you obtain a Momentum Medical Scheme’s policy or other qualifying scheme.
3.2 The Momentum Multiply membership composition will reflect the Momentum Medical Scheme or other qualifying scheme’s policy composition.
3.3 Eligible members on the membership can earn partner rewards based on the results of their health and fitness assessment.
3.4 Your rewards will be based on the activities you complete each month, the result of your health and fitness assessment, as well as your ranking on the leaderboard.
3.5 The Momentum Multiply rewards on the Momentum Multiply membership type will also change when upgrading or downgrading between Momentum Multiply products.
