1. Challenge name
Passport Challenge
2. Promoter’s name
2.1. This challenge is run by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, registration no: 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (hereinafter referred to as “Momentum Multiply”).
2.2. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. Challenge period
3.1. This challenge will take place during the Momentum Multiply Partner Day 2026 on 25 August 2026.
3.2. Participants must complete the challenge requirements and submit their completed passport within the timeframe communicated by Momentum Multiply on the day.
4. Eligibility
4.1. The challenge is open to Momentum employees who attend the Momentum Multiply Partner Day 2026.
4.2. Employees directly involved in administering or judging this challenge are excluded from participating.
5. How to enter
5.1. To enter this challenge, participants must:
5.1.1. Collect an official passport;
5.1.2. Complete approved partner interactions;
5.1.3. Collect a minimum of twenty (20) valid stamps;
5.1.4. Present their passport for verification; and
5.1.5. Receive a valid entry into the applicable prize draw.
5.2. Forged, duplicated, altered or unauthorised stamps will be invalid and may result in disqualification from this challenge.
6. Winner selection
6.1. Participants who successfully complete the Passport Challenge will be automatically entered into the applicable prize draw.
6.2. Winners will be selected randomly from all valid and verified entries received.
6.3. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to verify all entries before confirming any winners.
6.4. Partner-managed prize draws may be subject to separate mechanics, entry requirements and terms and conditions determined by the relevant partner.
7. Winner verification
7.1. All winners are subject to verification.
7.2. If a selected winner is found to be ineligible or the entry is found to be invalid, the prize may be withdrawn, and a redraw may take place.
8. The prize
8.1. Prizes are subject to:
8.1.1. Availability;
8.1.2. Partner-specific terms and conditions;
8.1.3. Any disclosed booking or redemption requirements; and
8.1.4. Applicable expiry dates and restrictions.
8.2. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Winner announcement
9.1. Winners may be announced during the Multiply Partner Day and/or through internal Momentum communication channels.
9.2. Momentum Multiply may require reasonable proof of eligibility before awarding any prize.
10. Privacy
10.1. Participant information will only be collected and used to
10.1.1. Administer this challenge;
10.1.2. Verify eligibility;
10.1.3. Contact winners; and
10.1.4. Facilitate prize fulfilment.
11. Publicity
11.1. Winners may be invited to participate in photographs or internal publicity.
11.2. Participation in publicity activities is voluntary and subject to the applicable consent requirements.
12. Disqualification
12.1. Participation may be disqualified for:
12.1.1. Fraud,
12.1.2. Tampering;
12.1.3. Forged or duplicate stamps;
12.1.4. False information;
12.1.5. Manipulation of this challenge;
12.1.6. Collusion with a Multiply Partner or representative; or
12.1.7. A material breach of these terms and conditions.
13. General
13.1. By participating in this challenge, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this challenge.
13.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this challenge, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third-party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third-party.
13.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this challenge.
13.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
13.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from this challenge.
13.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or because of using this challenge, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
13.8. This challenge may not be sold or given to someone else.
13.9. This challenge offer cannot be swapped for a different challenge/competition/promotion or reward/s.
14. Rule amendments
14.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website and other challenge communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
14.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this challenge in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
14.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this challenge and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

16. Important
16.1. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this challenge in any way.
16.2. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt whatsoever that may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
16.3. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
16.4. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
16.5. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
