1. Leaderboard challenge name
Multiply Partner Day 2026 Personal Assistant and team attendance leaderboard challenge
2. Organiser’s name
2.1. This leaderboard challenge is run by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, registration number 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (hereinafter referred to as "Momentum Multiply").
2.2. In these rules, we refer to Momentum Multiply as "the organiser", "us", "we", or "our". We'll refer to participants as "you" or "your".
3. Leaderboard challenge period
3.1. This leaderboard challenge will take place in conjunction with the Momentum Multiply Partner Day 2026 on 25 August 2026.
3.2. Only eligible and verified entries received in accordance with the process communicated by Momentum Multiply will be considered for purposes of the final leaderboard rankings.
4. Eligibility
4.1. This leaderboard challenge is open to Momentum employees who attend Multiply Partner Day 2026.
4.2. To qualify for the leaderboard:
4.2.1. Participants must attend Multiply Partner Day 2026.
4.2.2. Participants must complete the required Passport Challenge.
4.2.3. Participants must collect a minimum of 20 (twenty) valid partner stamps, including stamps from all compulsory partner stands marked with a star.
4.2.4. Participants must write the name of their division's Personal Assistant (“PA”) in the designated space on their passports.
4.2.5. Participants must tear off the designated entry section and deposit it into the official competition entry box at the Multiply stand before the communicated closing time.
4.3. For purposes of this leaderboard challenge, the total number of eligible employees within each division will be determined by Momentum Multiply using available employee records.
4.4. Incomplete, illegible, or invalid entries may be disqualified.
5. Leaderboard challenge details
5.1 Participating divisions will be ranked on a leaderboard based on their verified attendance percentage.
5.2 The attendance percentage will be calculated as follows:
5.2.1. Number of eligible employees from the division who attended and submitted a valid qualifying entry ÷ Total number of eligible employees in the division × 100
5.3. Only valid and verified entries will be included when calculating the final attendance percentage.
5.4. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to verify attendance and divisional employee records before confirming the final leaderboard ranking.
5.5. The division with the highest verified attendance percentage will be ranked first on the leaderboard and declared the winning division.
6. Personal Assistant prize
6.1. The Personal Assistant (“PA”) associated with the division ranked first on the attendance leaderboard will receive:
6.1.1 One (1) Woolworths voucher valued at R1 000.
6.2. The voucher:
6.2.1. Cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.2.2. Cannot be transferred or exchanged for an alternative prize.
6.2.3. Will be awarded to the qualifying PA linked to the winning division.
7. Team prize
7.1. The division ranked first on the attendance leaderboard will receive:
7.1.1. One (1) walking pad valued at R3 999 for the office or team.
7.2. The walking pad:
7.2.1. Will be awarded to the winning division and not to an individual employee.
7.2.2. Will remain subject to any applicable company policies regarding its use and placement.
7.2.3. Cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.2.4. Cannot be transferred or exchanged for an alternative prize.
8. Final leaderboard ranking
8.1. The final leaderboard rankings will be determined after:
8.1.1 Attendance has been verified;
8.1.2 All qualifying passports and entries have been validated; and
8.1.3 The attendance percentage for each participating division has been calculated.
8.2. In the event of a tie, Momentum Multiply may apply a fair and reasonable tiebreaker, including verification of attendance records or another method determined by Momentum Multiply.
8.3. Momentum Multiply’s decision regarding the final leaderboard rankings and winners will be final.
9. Prize conditions
9.1. The prizes are:
9.1.1 Subject to availability.
9.1.2 Not transferable.
9.1.3 Not exchangeable for cash.
9.1.4 Not refundable.
9.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to substitute either prize with a prize of similar value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
10. Disqualification
10.1 Momentum Multiply reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry where:
10.1.1 The participant does not meet the eligibility requirements.
10.1.2 The passport contains fewer than the required number of valid stamps.
10.1.3 Required compulsory partner stamps are missing.
10.1.4 Incorrect or misleading information has been provided.
10.1.5 There is evidence of fraudulent, manipulated or duplicated stamps or entries.
10.1.6 The participant or division has attempted to unfairly manipulate this leaderboard challenge.
11. Winner announcement
11.1. The winning Personal Assistant and division may be contacted and/or announced through Momentum Multiply’s internal communication channels once the verification process has been completed.
11.2. Momentum Multiply may publish the names of the winning Personal Assistant and division for communication and promotional purposes.
12. General
12.1. By participating in this Leaderboard challenge, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this leaderboard challenge should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
12.3. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this leaderboard challenge.
12.4. These terms and conditions should be read together with any additional challenge rules or instructions communicated at Multiply Partner Day 2026.
