2. Promoter’s name
2.1. This promotion is offered by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, reg no 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (hereinafter referred to as “Momentum Multiply”).
2.2. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. Promotion offer
3.1 The promotion will run from 11 to 26 September 2026, or until all discounted tickets available on the Multiply Mall have been sold.
3.2 There are a total of four (4) discounted tickets available for purchase on the Multiply Mall as part of this promotion.
3.3 Each ticket accommodates two (2) people sharing a single hut for the duration of the trail.
3.4 All eligible members, as set out in paragraph 6 below, will receive a 50% discount on tickets purchased through the Multiply Mall.
3.5 This 50% discount has already been applied, reducing the ticket price to R7 000.
3.6 Members may visit the SANParks website for the applicable terms and conditions, as well as further information regarding the conservation fee payable upon entry to the park: SANParks Wilderness Trails.
4. Promotion period
4.1. The start date and time of the promotion is Friday, 11 September 2026 and the end date is Sunday, 26 September 2026, or until all tickets are purchased and no longer available on the Multiply Mall.
5. How to participate
5.1. A participant must be a Momentum Multiply Inspire Plus/Engage Plus main member or partner/spouse or adult dependant of the main member to take up the offer.
5.2. Members must log onto the SANParks website (Rates & Entry Fees – Kruger National Park – SANParks) where they will have visibility of the information related to the trail, the terms and conditions, and the conservation fees that will apply and be payable upon entry into the park.
5.3 The discount of 50% will already be applied to the product when added to your cart on the Multiply Mall.
5.4. All quoted prices include VAT.
5.5. Your payment will reflect the discounted amount.
5.6. The purchase price will not count toward your spend limit for this promotion. You are eligible to buy up to four (4) tickets for this promotion, depending on availability.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in this promotion, you must be:
6.1.1. A natural person who is 18 years or older;
6.1.2. A South African citizen or a permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.3. In possession of a valid South African ID book, South African driving license or valid passport for identification purposes; and
6.1.4. A Momentum Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus main member or partner/spouse or adult dependant of main member.
7. Exclusions
7.1. This promotion is not available to the following members:
7.1.1. Members who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in paragraph 6;
7.1.2. Minors or persons under the age of 18;
7.1.3. A business or corporate entity.

9. Privacy
9.1. You understand and agree that to offer this promotion, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mobile number and, in certain instances, your image.
9.2. Personal information which you provide during this promotion may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications.

10. General
10.1. By entering the promotion, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion.
10.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third-party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third-party.
10.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this promotion.
10.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
10.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from the promotion.
10.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or because of using this promotion, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
10.8. Unless we say otherwise, you must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the promotion.
10.9. The promotional offer may not be sold to someone else.
10.10. The promotional offer cannot be swapped for a different campaign/promotion or reward/s.
10.11. This promotional offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
11. Rule amendments
11.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website, or other promotion/campaign communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
11.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this promotion in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
11.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

13.3. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt whatsoever that may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
13.4. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
13.5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
13.6. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
