2. Promoter’s name
2.1. This promotion is offered by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, reg no 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at
268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (hereinafter referred to as “Momentum Multiply”).
2.2. This promotion is run in collaboration with Amazfit SA (Pty) Limited, reg no 2025/144810/07, (hereinafter referred to as “Amazfit").
2.3. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. The promotion offer
3.1 The promotion will run from 24 - 31 August 2026.
3.2 All eligible members set out in paragraph 6 below will get up to 60% discount on all products purchased online from Amazfit.
3.3 Members can visit the Amazfit website for all the promotional products at (Amazfit South Africa | Official Online Store).
4. Promotion period
4.1. The start date and time of the promotion is Monday, 24 August 2026, 06:00 and the end date and time is Monday, 31 August 2026, 21:00.
5. How to participate
5.1. A participant must be a Momentum Multiply Inspire Plus/Engage Plus main member or partner/spouse or adult dependant of main member on rewards level 2 - 5. Participants on rewards level 1 will need to complete their health assessment and get their Healthy Heart Score in order to move to the next level and qualify to take up the offer.
5.2. Members must log onto the Amazfit website (Amazfit South Africa | Official Online Store) where the member will have visibility of all the Amazfit products.
5.3 Members must make their selection of preferred product/s, go to cart, click on “Apply Momentum Multiply Discount”, enter their RSA identification number, Multiply client number or their passport number and select “Apply”.
5.4 An OTP will be sent to the registered contact details to verify the member’s identity. Members must enter the OTP, click on “Verify” and then click on checkout.
5.4 The discount only applies to the cost of the items and does not include the shipping/delivery cost thereof.
5.3. Purchases will be delivered to your specified physical address within seven (7) working days. Please note that a business address is preferable.
5.4. All quoted prices include VAT.
5.5. Your payment will reflect the discounted amount.
5.6. The full retail price, not the discounted price of your purchase, counts toward your spend limit.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in this promotion, you must be:
6.1.1. A natural person who is 18 years or older;
6.1.2. A South African citizen or a permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.3. In possession of a valid South African ID book, South African driving license or valid passport for identification purposes; and
6.1.4. A Momentum Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus main member or partner/spouse or adult dependant of main member.
7. Exclusions
7.1. This promotion is not available to the following members:
7.1.1. Members who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in paragraph 6;
7.1.2. Minors or persons under the age of 18;
7.1.3. A business or corporate entity.
8. Reference to third-party terms and conditions

9. Privacy
9.1. You understand and agree that to offer this promotion, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mobile number and, in certain instances, your image.
9.2. Personal information which you provide during this promotion may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications.

10. General
10.1. By entering the promotion, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion.
10.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third party.
10.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this promotion.
10.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
10.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from the promotion.
10.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or because of using this promotion, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
10.8. Unless we say otherwise, you must be 18 years of age and older to participate in the promotion.
10.9. The promotional offer may not be sold or given to someone else.
10.10. The promotional offer cannot be swapped for a different campaign/promotion or reward/s.
10.11. This promotional offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
11. Rule amendments
11.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website, other promotion/campaign communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
11.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this promotion in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
11.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

13.2. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this promotion in any way.
13.3. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt or whatever may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
13.4. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
13.5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
13.6. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
