1. Challenge name
The Multiply “Gees” Award 2026 challenge
2. Promoter’s name
2.1. This challenge is run by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, registration no: 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (hereinafter referred to as “Momentum Multiply”).
2.2. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. Challenge period
3.1. The start date and time of the challenge is 25 August 2026, 09h00 and the end date and time is 28 August 2026 at 23h59.
4. Eligibility
4.1. The challenge is open to Momentum employees who attend Multiply Partner Day 2026.
4.2. To qualify:
4.2.1. Participants must form a team of at least three (3) Momentum employees
4.2.2. Each team may submit one (1) entry only.
4.2.3. Employees directly involved in administering or judging this challenge are excluded from participating.
5. How to enter
5.1. To enter this challenge, participants must:
5.1.1. Attend Multiply Partner Day 2026 on 25 August 2026.
5.1.2. Form a team of at least three (3) Momentum colleagues.
5.1.3. Take an original and engaging photo, video, reel (“content”) that captures the energy, spirit and excitement of Multiply Partner Day 2026.
5.1.4. Post the content on LinkedIn.
5.1.5. Include the hashtag #MultiplyAtWork.
5.1.6. Submit the LinkedIn post link in accordance with the process communicated by Momentum Multiply before 00h00 on 28 August 2026.
5.2. Entries must be appropriate, respectful and aligned with Momentum’s values and brand.
5.3. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is offensive, unlawful, inappropriate or inconsistent with the spirit of this challenge.
6. Winner selection
6.1. The winning team will be the team whose entry achieves the highest total engagement during the challenge period.
6.2. For the purposes of this challenge, engagement includes
6.2.1. Comments;
6.2.2. Reposts; and
6.2.3. Shares
6.3. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to investigate and exclude any engagements that are suspected to be fraudulent, artificially generated, manipulated or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of this challenge.
6.4. In the event of a tie, Momentum Multiply may take the following factors into consideration to determine the winning entry:
6.4.1. Creativity;
6.4.2. Originality;
6.4.3. Team participation;
6.4.4. Alignment to the Momentum Multiply brand; and
6.4.5. Overall demonstration of team spirit and “Gees”.
6.5. Momentum Multiply’s decision will be final.
7. The prize
7.1. The winning team will receive one (1) walking pad for use by the team or in a designated area.
7.1.1. The prize:
7.1.1.1. Is not transferable;
7.1.1.2. Cannot be exchanged for cash;
7.1.1.3. Cannot be substituted by any of the winners for another prize; or
7.1.1.4. Will be awarded subject to any reasonable delivery or allocation requirements communicated by Momentum Multiply.
7.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of a similar value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require this.
8. Winner announcement
8.1. The winning team will be announced after this challenge has ended and all entries and engagements have been verified.
8.2. The winning team may be announced through:
8.2.1. Internal communication channels;
8.2.2. Email;
8.2.3. Momentum Multiply Partner Day 2026 communications; and/or
8.2.4. Other Momentum Multiply communication platforms.
8.3. Momentum Multiply may require reasonable proof of eligibility before awarding the prize.
9. Content and publicity
9.1. By entering this challenge, participants grant Momentum Multiply permission to use, reproduce, share or repost the submitted content for internal communication, marketing, social media and promotional purposes.
9.2. Participants warrant that they have obtained the consent of all individuals appearing in the submitted content and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
10. General
10.1. By participating in this challenge, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this challenge.
10.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this challenge, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third-party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third-party.
10.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this challenge.
10.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
10.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from this challenge.
10.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or because of using this challenge, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
10.8. Unless we say otherwise, you must be 18 years of age and older to participate in this challenge.
10.9. This challenge may not be sold or given to someone else.
10.10. This challenge offer cannot be swapped for a different challenge/challenge/promotion or reward/s.
10.11. This challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with LinkedIn.
11. Rule amendments
11.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website, other challenge communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
11.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this challenge in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
11.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this challenge and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

13. Important
13.1. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this challenge in any way.
13.2. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt whatsoever that may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
13.3. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
13.4. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
13.5. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
