1. Competition name
Multiply and Concentrix South Africa Know Your Health competition: 28 July to 28 August 2026.
2. Promoter’s name
2.1. This competition is run by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, reg no 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (herein after referred to as “Momentum Multiply”).
2.2. This competition is run in collaboration with Concentrix South Africa (Pty) Ltd, reg no K2013077689 (herein referred to as “Concentrix).
2.3. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you”, “your”, “member” or “members”.
3. The competition offer
3.1. There will be a total of 20 (twenty) winners and prizes for this competition.
3.2. Each winner will each receive one of the following small kitchen appliances: Airfryer, Blender, Hand Mixer or a Toaster (“the prizes”).
3.3. The prizes will be randomly allocated to the winners and may vary in brand, model and value. Concentrix reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with another of similar value.
The prize is valid and redeemable for 2 (two) months from the date that the specific winner has been announced.
4. Competition period
4.1. The start date and time of the competition is Tuesday 28 July 2026 at 00:00 and the end date and time is Friday 28 August 2026 at 23:59.
5. How to participate
5.1. A participant must be a Momentum Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Engage/Engage Plus and are either:
5.1.1. Main Member or partner/spouse or adult dependent of the Main Member of Momentum Medical Scheme; or
5.1.2. Members of Momentum Health4Me.
5.1.3. An employee of Concentrix South Africa.
5.2. Members must download and register on the Multiply App, obtain a Healthy Heart Score either through the digital health assessment available on the Momentum Multiply App or by completing an in-person Health Assessment with a registered health professional during the competition period.
5.3. Upon completion of the Health Assessment, the member will automatically be entered into the lucky draw for a share in the prizes;
5.4. Each Member is eligible to get 1 (one) entry into the competition for obtaining a Healthy Heart Score during the competition period.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in this competition, you must be:
6.1.1. A natural person who is 18 years or older;
6.1.2. A South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.3. In possession of a valid South African ID book, South African driving license or valid passport for identification purposes;
6.1.4. An employee of Concentrix South Africa and a member on Momentum Medical Scheme or Momentum Health4Me.
7. Exclusions
7.1. This competition is not available to the following members:
7.1.1. Members who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in paragraph 6;
7.1.2. Minors or persons under the age of 18;
7.1.3. A business or corporate entity;
7.1.4. All staff members within Momentum Group.
7.2. The following persons may not take part in this competition even if they qualify to take part. They will forfeit (give up) any prizes awarded to them:
7.2.1. Any employee of Momentum Group;
7.2.2. Any director, partner, agent of, or consultant of Momentum Group;
7.2.3. Any other person who directly or indirectly controls the promoter(s); and
7.2.4. The spouse, life partner, children of any of the persons named in the points above.
7.3. With no affiliation Momentum Multiply or the prizes given, by means of a random selection from all eligible entries. Draws will take place periodically throughout the competition period, with the final draw taking place on or before Friday, 11 September 2026.
7.4. In addition, the independent verification agent will draw 5 (five) backup winners at the same time as the main draw, to be used in the event that the selected winner is disqualified or cannot be contacted.
8. Winner announcement
8.1. The winner’s contact details will be obtained from the entries received.
8.2. Momentum Multiply will inform the winner via email and SMS within 2 (two) working days after his/her name has been drawn that he/she has won the prize. If winners cannot be contacted after 3 (three) attempts over 3 (three) working days, their prize will be forfeited, and the next backup winner will be contacted and allocated the prize.
8.3. Winners will then be announced on Concentrix internal communication platform/s.
9. Cancellation
9.1. If a Member’s Momentum Medical Scheme/Health4Me membership is terminated for whatever reason after being entered into the Competition but before the winner announcement is made, the relevant entry to the competition will be declared invalid.

11. Privacy
11.1. You understand and agree that to offer this competition, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mobile number and, in certain instances, your image;
11.2. Personal information which you provide during this competition may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications;
11.3. For more information on how we treat your personal information, please refer to Momentum Multiply’s Privacy Policy which can be found on our website, or you can contact us to request a copy.
12. General
12.1. By entering the competition, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this competition.
12.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this promotional competition, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third party.
12.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition/campaign.
12.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
12.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from the competition.
12.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or because of using this competition, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
12.8. Unless we say otherwise, you must be 18 years of age and older to participate in the competition and must be pre-selected.
12.9. The competition prize may not be sold or given to someone else.
12.10. The competition prize cannot be swapped for a different campaign/competition or reward/s.
12.11. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
12.12. You cannot use this competition together with any other Momentum Multiply promotion/competition.
12.13. If, for any reason, Momentum Multiply cannot provide the prize, Momentum Multiply will award an alternative prize of a similar value.
13. Rule amendments
13.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website, other campaign/competition communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
13.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this competition/campaign in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
13.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

15.2. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this competition in any way.
15.3. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt or whatever may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
15.4. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
15.5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
15.6. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
