Multiply Inspire Plus R1000 for Momentum Medical Scheme Members (“Campaign”)
2. Promoters’ name:
2.1. This campaign is offered by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd (“Multiply”), an entity within Momentum Group Limited, with Reg. No. 2014/188245/07, having its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157.
2.2. This campaign is run in collaboration with Momentum Health Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“Momentum Health”), an entity within Momentum Group Limited, with Reg. No. 1969/016884/07, having its principal place of business at Building 6 Parc Du Cap, 7 Mispel Road, Bellville, 7530.
2.3. In these rules we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, or “us” or “we” or “our” or “Multiply” or “Momentum Health”. We will refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. The campaign offer:
3.1. Momentum Group employees who upgrade to Multiply Inspire Plus, with an effective date during August 2026, will receive R1 000 (one thousand rand) paid into their HealthSaver account, provided that they:
3.1.1. Complete the Lifestyle Quiz on the Multiply App; and
3.1.2. Complete the digital health assessment within the campaign period
3.2. The R1 000 reward will be paid into the qualifying member's HealthSaver account by 31 October 2026.
4. Campaign period:
The start date and time of the campaign is Wednesday, 1 August 2026 at 00:00, and the end date and time is Friday, 31 August 2026 at 00:00.
5. How to participate in the campaign:
5.1. Participant must be a Momentum Multiply Inspire member (“Member/s”)
5.2. Member must upgrade to Inspire Plus within the duration of the campaign; and
5.3. Take the Lifestyle Quiz; and
5.4. Complete the digital health assessment.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in the campaign, you must be:
6.1.1. A natural person who is between the ages of 18 and 80 years old;
6.1.2. A South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa; and
6.1.3. In possession of a valid South African ID, South African driving license or valid passport for identification purposes.
6.1.4. An employee of Momentum Group.
6.1.5. A member of Momentum Medical Scheme.
6.1.6. A Health Saver account holder.
6.1.7. Eligible for Multiply Inspire Plus.
7. Exclusions and restrictions
7.1. This offer is not available for the following persons:
7.1.1. Members who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in 6.1;
7.1.2. A business or corporate entity;
7.1.3. People who would ordinarily be excluded in terms of any third-party rules, terms, or conditions.
7.1.4. Momentum Group staff who are on Multiply Engage.
7.2. You may only participate in this campaign once. If you cancel your participation or fail to meet the requirements, you will not be eligible to re-enter the campaign.

9. Privacy
9.1. You understand and agree that to access this campaign, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include first name, last name, email address, mobile number, medical-related information, and, in certain instances, your image.
9.2. Personal information which you provide during this campaign may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity, unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications.

10. General
10.1. By making use of this campaign, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions;
10.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, our decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this Campaign and no correspondence will be entered into;
10.3. We cannot guarantee the performance of any third-party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third-party;
10.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this campaign;
10.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and /or rules shall remain in force;
10.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate cancellation of access to the partner offer;
10.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or as a result of using this campaign, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of us or our affiliates, agents, and/or representatives;
10.8. Any rights accrued in terms of the campaign may not be sold or given to someone else.
10.9. The benefits of the campaign cannot be swapped for a different campaign or reward/s.
10.10. This campaign is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
11. Rule amendments
11.1. These terms, conditions and/rules cannot be modified or superseded, except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum website, or other campaign communication methods used by Momentum Health and/or Momentum Multiply;
11.2. We reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this campaign in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability;
11.3. In the event of such termination, members who have made use of this campaign will agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this campaign and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoters, their agents, or employees.

13. Important
13.1. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/rules are severable;
13.2. A copy of these terms and conditions can be found on the Momentum Multiply landing page and website campaign page;
13.3. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this campaign in any way;
13.4. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt or whatever may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification;
13.5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used;
13.6. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of our rights, or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
