2. Promotor’s name
2.1. This promotion is run by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, reg no 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (hereinafter referred to as “Momentum Multiply”).
2.2. This promotion is run in collaboration with Danielle Venter trading as Danni Health Registered Dietitian (ID number: 7807200041086) (hereinafter referred to as “Danni Health”).
2.3. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. The promotion offer
3.1. Danni Health is offering the following to all Momentum Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Engage/Engage Plus main members or partners/spouses or adult dependants of the main member (hereinafter “Member/s”):
3.1.1. Members may join a 21-day Challenge facilitated by Danni Health. During the challenge, Danni Health will provide weekly guidance on key focus areas, nutritional recommendations and suggested meal plans, and will share tips, information and recipes with participants;
3.1.2. Members will be required to pay a subsidised fee of R350 to participate (being 50% of the total fee of R700) in the challenge. The remaining 50% is funded by the promoters, conditional on your continued eligibility in terms of these rules.; and
3.1.3. Participants will receive nutrition tips, guidance, and recipes throughout the duration of the challenge, and will have access to Danni Health for questions and general support.
3.2. Participation in the challenge is subject to limited availability. Spaces will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.3 The challenge provides general wellness and nutrition information only. Individual results will differ and no health, clinical or weight‑related outcome is guaranteed.
4. Promotion period
4.1. The start date and time for enrolment in the challenge will be advertised and will run for 21 days.
5. How to participate
5.1. A participant must be a Momentum Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Engage/Engage Plus main member or partner/spouse or adult dependant of the main member (“Member/s”), with a valid Healthy Heart Score.
5.2. Participants will enrol to the challenge using their Momentum Multiply membership details and make payment for the challenge on the Multiply Mall or to the Multiply bank account when enrolling for the challenge.
5.3. Participants will be required to complete an enrolment and exit form.
5.4. Once payment is received, participants will be added to the Danni Health challenge. Should the challenge reach full capacity, members will not be able to enrol, register, or make payment, and are encouraged to monitor future communications for the next challenge, as the promoters will offer similar challenges from time to time.
5.5. Participants will be added to a WhatsApp group by Danni Health for the duration of the challenge.
5.6. Participants may communicate with Danni Health and other participants on the group as it relates to the specific nutrition challenge only and may not discuss other topics unrelated to the challenge or use the platform for any other purpose.
5.7. Communication on the WhatsApp group will be limited to the duration of this challenge.
5.8 The WhatsApp group is provided solely for communication relating to the challenge. You may not post unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or infringing content.
5.9. You must not share another person’s personal, health or image data on the WhatsApp group without their explicit consent.
5.10. The promoters may remove any content and/or remove you from the challenge if you breach these rules or behave in a manner that risks harm to other participants or the promoters.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in this challenge, you must:
6.1.1. Be a natural person who is 18 years or older;
6.1.2. Be a South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.3. Have a valid South African ID book, South African driving license or valid passport for identification purposes; and
6.1.4. Be a Momentum Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Engage/Engage Plus main member or partner/spouse or adult dependant of the main member.
6.1.5. Have a valid Healthy Heart Score.
7. Exclusions
7.1. This challenge is not available to the following members:
7.1.1. Members who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in paragraph 6;
7.1.2. Minors or persons under the age of 18;
7.1.3. A business or corporate entity;
8. Cancellation
8.1. The subsidy reflected in clause 3 remains available only while you remain an active Momentum Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Engage/Engage Plus member (or partner/spouse/adult dependant) with a valid Healthy Heart Score. If your eligibility terminates before the challenge ends:
8.1.1. you may continue participating in the challenge by paying the unpaid balance of R350; or
8.1.2. the promoters may remove you from the challenge without charging you the unpaid portion.
The promoters will notify you of the action taken.
9. Reference to third-party terms and conditions
9.1. The following terms and conditions will also apply to members who participate in this challenge:

9.1.2. Danni Health is an independent service provider and is not a subsidiary or agent of Momentum Multiply.
9.1.3. If these terms conflict with the Danni Health terms of service, these terms govern the relationship between you and Momentum Multiply for all matters relating to this promotion.
10. Privacy
10.1. To deliver and administer this promotion, the promoters may collect and process your personal information, including your name, surname, email address, mobile number, membership details and, where applicable, your image.
10.2. During the challenge, you may voluntarily provide information relating to your health, diet, lifestyle or other wellness factors. Where this constitutes special personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”), you consent to its processing solely for administering the challenge and providing related services.
10.3. Your personal information may be shared with Danni Health and selected service providers strictly as required to deliver the challenge.
10.4. The WhatsApp group is hosted by a third‑party service provider and may involve the cross‑border transfer of your information. The promoters do not control WhatsApp’s platform, security standards or data-processing activities.
10.5. To the extent permitted by law, the promoters may use your personal information to communicate with you about similar wellness offerings. You may opt out at any time.
10.6. You may request access to or correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing of your personal information by using the contact details in clause 13.

11. General
11.1. By entering the promotion, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion.
11.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this promotion.
11.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third-party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third-party.
11.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this promotion.
11.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
11.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from the promotion.
11.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur, arising from or because of your participation in this promotion, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
11.8. Unless we say otherwise, you must be 18 years of age and older to participate in the promotion.
11.9 The information and guidance provided during the challenge are intended for general wellness and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The challenge is not intended to replace consultation with, or treatment prescribed by, any registered medical practitioner or other healthcare professional. You should consult your doctor or healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your diet, exercise or lifestyle, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any chronic or pre-existing medical condition or are taking any chronic medication. You participate in the challenge at your own risk.
12. Rule amendments
12.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website, other promotion/campaign communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
12.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this promotion/campaign in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
12.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

14. Important

14.2. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this promotion/campaign in any way.
14.3. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt whatsoever may be deemed to be of the equal severity by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
14.4. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
14.5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
14.6. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
