2. Promoter’s name
2.1. This promotion is run by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, Registration Number 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (hereinafter referred to as “Momentum Multiply”).
2.2. This promotion is run in collaboration with Plated Convenience (Pty) Ltd (Registration number: 2015/303070/07) (hereinafter “Plated Convenience”), Planet Fitness (Pty) Ltd (Registration number: 1971/006353/07) (hereinafter “Planet Fitness”), and Danielle Venter trading as Danni Health Registered Dietician (ID number: 780720 0041 086) (hereinafter “Danni Health”).
2.3. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. The promotion offer
3.1. Plated Convenience is offering the following to all Momentum Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Multiply Engage/Engage Plus main members or partners/spouses or adult dependants of the main member (hereinafter “Member/s”) who purchase any product from its online shop:
3.1.1. 50% (Fifty percent) cashback on all Plated Convenience products purchased this February 2026;
3.1.2. A two-week gym voucher from Planet Fitness. Please note that the voucher is transferrable; and
3.1.3. A meal plan from Danni Health.
4. Promotion period
4.1. The end date and time of this promotion is Saturday, 28 February 2026, 00:00.
5. How to participate
5.1. A participant must be a member of Momentum Multiply, as defined in 3.1 above.
5.2. A member must log onto the Plated Convenience online store during the month of February 2026 and purchase any product from its online shop to qualify for the promotional offer set out in 3 above.
5.3. This promotional offer is available across all products on the Plated Convenience store purchased online. Members qualify for the promotional offer each time that they make a purchase online during the month of February 2026.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in this promotion, you must be:
6.1.1. A natural person who is 18 years or older;
6.1.2. A South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.3. In possession of a valid South African ID book, South African driving license or valid passport for identification purposes;
6.1.4. A Momentum Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Engage/Engage Plus main member or partner/spouse or adult dependant of the main member.
7. Exclusions
7.1. This promotion is not available to the following members:
7.1.1. Members who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in paragraph 6;
7.1.2. Minors or persons under the age of 18; and
7.1.3. A business or corporate entity.
8. Cancellation
If a member’s Momentum Multiply membership is terminated for whatever reason before 1 February 2026, then the member shall be liable for the full payment of the cost of the order with no cashback due to them from Multiply or Plated Convenience.

10. Privacy
10.1. You understand and agree that to offer this promotion, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mobile number and, in certain instances, your image.
10.2. Personal information which you provide during this competition may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications.

11. General
11.1. By entering the promotion, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion.
11.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third party.
11.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this promotion.
11.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
11.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from the promotion.
11.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or because of using this promotion, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
11.8. Unless we say otherwise, you must be 18 years of age and older to participate in the promotion.
11.9. The promotional offer may not be sold or given to someone else.
11.10. The promotional offer cannot be swapped for a different campaign/competition or reward/s.
11.11. This promotional offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. This however excludes the two-week free gym membership from Planet Fitness that may be transferred by the member to any other person that may not qualify as a member.
12. Rule amendments
12.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website, other promotion/campaign/competition communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
12.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this promotion in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
12.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

14.3. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt or whatever may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
14.4. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
14.5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
14.6. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
