Planet Fitness Momentum Group employee campaign - December 2025 to January 2026
2. Promoter’s name
2.1. This campaign is run by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, reg no 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (hereinafter referred to as “Momentum Multiply”).
2.2. This campaign is run in collaboration with Planet Fitness Holdings (Pty) Ltd reg no: 2002/006750/07 (hereinafter referred to as “Planet Fitness”).
2.3. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. The campaign offer
Planet Fitness is offering all permanent Momentum Group employees and their adult dependants (hereinafter the “participants”) a free two-month membership trial for the months of December 2025 and January 2026.
4. Campaign period
The start date and time of the campaign is Monday, 1 December 2025, 00:00 and the end date and time is Saturday, 31 January 2026, 00:00.
5. How to participate
5.1. A participant must be:
5.1.1. a permanent Momentum Group employee or an adult dependant of the permanent Momentum Group employee,
5.2. The participant must pay R150 (one hundred and fifty rand) for the gym access tag.
5.3. There will be a two-month free membership contract between the participant and Planet Fitness upon payment for the gym access tag. The contract will commence from 1 December 2025 and expire on 31 January 2026.
5.4. Every participant will have to present their Momentum employee access card and gym access tag to gain access to the gym.
5.5. Offer is available across all Planet Fitness branches.
5.6. There will be no obligation on a participant to enter into a paid membership contract with Planet Fitness after expiry of the two-month free membership contract.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in this campaign, you must be:
6.1.1. A natural person who is 18 years or older;
6.1.2. A South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.3. In possession of a valid South African ID book, South African driving license or valid passport for identification purposes; and
6.1.4. A permanent Momentum Group employee; or
6.1.5. an adult dependant of the permanent Momentum Group employee provided that:
6.1.5.1. the dependant is registered as an adult dependant of the permanent employee’s Momentum Medical Scheme at the time of joining; or
6.1.5.2. the dependant is recorded as a recognised family member of the employee on the Momentum Group HR system.
7. Exclusions
7.1. This campaign is not available to the following Momentum Group employees and their adult dependants:
7.1.1. Participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in paragraph 6;
7.1.2. Minors or persons under the age of 18;
7.1.3. A business or corporate entity;
7.1.4. The following persons may not take part in this campaign even if they qualify to take part:
7.1.4.1. Any director, member, partner, agent of, or consultant of the promoter(s); or
7.1.4.2. Any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter(s); or
7.1.4.3. A supplier of goods or services in connection with the campaign.
8. Termination
If an employee’s employment is terminated for whatever reason after he/she/the employee’s adult dependant entered into the two-month free membership contract and completed payment of the gym access tag, but before expiry of the two-month free membership period, the said membership contract will be automatically terminated.

10. Privacy
10.1. You understand and agree that to offer this campaign, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mobile number and, in certain instances, your image.
10.2. Personal information which you provide during this campaign may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications.

11. General
11.1. By entering the campaign, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this campaign.
11.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this campaign, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third party.
11.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this campaign.
11.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
11.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from the campaign.
11.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or because of using this campaign, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
11.8. Unless we say otherwise, you must be 18 years of age and older to participate in the campaign.
11.9. The two-month free membership may not be given to someone else.
11.10. The two-month free membership cannot be swapped for a different campaign/competition or reward/s.
11.11. This two-month free membership is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
11.12. You cannot use this campaign together with any other Momentum Multiply promotion/competition.
12. Rule amendments
12.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website, other campaign communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
12.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this campaign in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
12.3. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this campaign and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

14. Important

14.2. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this campaign in any way.
14.3. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt or whatever may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
14.4. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
14.5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
14.6. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
