1. Promotion name
Planet Fitness Black Friday November 2025 Promotion.
2. Promoter’s name
2.1. This campaign is run by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, reg no 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (hereinafter referred to as “Momentum Multiply”).
2.2. This promotion is run in collaboration with Planet Fitness Holdings (Pty) Ltd reg no: 2002/006750/07 (hereinafter referred to as “Planet Fitness”).
2.3. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. The promotion offer
All Momentum Multiply Inspire/Plus or Engage/Plus main members or partners/spouses or adult dependants of the main member (hereinafter “Member/s”) that sign up with Planet Fitness between 28 November 2025 and 30 November 2025 will only start paying membership fees from 1 February 2026.
4. Promotion period
4.1. The start date and time of the promotion is Friday, 28 November 2025, 00:00, and the end date and time is Sunday, 30 November, 00:00.
5. How to participate
5.1. A participant must be a member as set out in clause 3 above.
5.2. A member needs to sign up for a gym membership between 28 November 2025 and 30 November 2025 to qualify for the promotion.
5.3. This promotional offer is available across all Planet Fitness branches.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in this promotion, you must be:
6.1.1. A natural person who is 18 years or older;
6.1.2. A South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.3. In possession of a valid South African ID book, South African driving license or valid passport for identification purposes;
6.1.4. A member with no active Planet Fitness or JustGym membership.
7. Exclusions
7.1. This promotion is not available to the following members:
7.1.1. Members who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in paragraph 6;
7.1.2. Minors or persons under the age of 18;
7.1.3. A business or corporate entity;
7.1.4. The following persons may not take part in this promotion even if they qualify to take part:
7.1.4.1. Any employee of the promoter(s);
7.1.4.2. Any director, member, partner, agent of, or consultant of the promoter(s);
7.1.4.3. Any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter(s);
7.1.4.4. A supplier of goods or services in connection with the promotion; or
7.1.4.5. The spouse, life partner, business partner, children, or immediate family members of any of the persons named in the points above.
8. Cancellation
If a member’s Momentum Multiply membership is terminated for whatever reason, after signing up with Planet Fitness but before 1 February 2026, the member shall be liable for payment of their membership fees to Planet Fitness from 1 December 2025.

10. Privacy
10.1. You understand and agree that to offer this promotion, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and, in certain instances, your image.
10.2. Personal information which you provide during this competition may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications.

11. General
11.1. By entering the promotion, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion.
11.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third party.
11.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this promotion.
11.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions, and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
11.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from the promotion.
11.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or because of using this promotion, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
11.8. Unless we say otherwise, you must be 18 years of age and older to participate in the promotion.
11.9. The promotional offer may not be sold or given to someone else.
11.10. The promotional offer cannot be swapped for a different campaign/competition or reward/s.
11.11. This promotional offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
11.12. You cannot use this promotion together with any other Momentum Multiply promotion/competition.
12. Rule amendments
12.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website, other promotion/campaign/competition communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
12.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this promotion in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
12.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

14.3. Any violation, minor transgression, or any attempt whatsoever to be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
14.4. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
14.5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time, GMT plus two hours, will be used.
14.6. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
