1. Promotion name
Planet Fitness March 2026 “Gym now, pay later” promotion.
2. Promoter’s name
2.1. This promotion is run by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, reg no 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at
268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (hereinafter referred to as “Momentum Multiply”).
2.2. This promotion is run in collaboration with Planet Fitness Holdings (Pty) Ltd reg, no: 2002/006750/07 (hereinafter referred to as “Planet Fitness”).
2.3. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. The promotion offer
3.1. Planet Fitness is offering all adult dependants between the ages 18 to 23 years old, of the Momentum Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Engage/Engage Plus main members (hereinafter “Adult Dependants”) who sign up with Planet Fitness between 1 March 2026 and 31 March 2026 for a one-year membership, to only start paying membership fees from 1 July 2026.
3.2. For adult dependants, the applicable discount is determined by the Healthy Heart Score (HHS) of the main member and/or spouse, and not the adult dependant’s own HHS.
4. Promotion period
4.1. The start date and time of the promotion is Sunday, 1 March 2026, 00:00 and the end date and time is Tuesday, 31 March 2026, 23:59.
5. How to participate
5.1. A participant must be an adult dependant of the main member as set out in clause
3.1 above.
5.2. The adult dependant needs to sign up for gym membership during 1 March 2026 and 31 March 2026 to qualify for the promotion.
5.3. A once-off R150 fee (for a Planet Fitness access tag), per adult dependant, is still payable when joining.
5.4. This promotional offer is available across all Planet Fitness branches.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in this promotion you must be:
6.1.1. An adult dependant of the main member on Momentum Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Engage/Engage Plus;
6.1.2. A natural person who is between the ages 18 to 23 years old;
6.1.3. A South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.4. In possession of a valid South African ID book, South African driving license or valid passport for identification purposes;
6.1.5. An adult dependant with no active Planet Fitness or JustGym membership.
7. Exclusions
7.1. This promotion is not available to the following persons:
7.1.1. Adult dependants who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in paragraph 6;
7.1.2. Minors or persons under the age of 18 years old;
7.1.3. A business or corporate entity;
8. Cancellation
If the main member’s Momentum Multiply membership is terminated for whatever reason after the adult dependant has signed up with Planet Fitness, but before expiry of the one-year membership at Planet Fitness, then the adult dependant shall be liable for payment of membership fees to Planet Fitness from
1 March 2026.

10. Privacy
10.1. You understand and agree that to offer this promotion, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mobile number and, in certain instances, a picture of yourself.
10.2. Personal information which you provide during this competition may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications.
10.3. For more information on how we treat your personal information, please refer to Momentum Multiply’s Privacy Policy which can be found on our website, or you can contact us to request a copy.
11. General
11.1. By entering the promotion, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion.
11.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third-party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third-party.
11.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this promotion.
11.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
11.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from the promotion.
11.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or because of using this promotion, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
11.8. Unless we say otherwise, you must be 18 years of age and older to participate in the promotion.
11.9. The promotional offer may not be sold or given to someone else.
11.10. The promotional offer cannot be swapped for a different campaign/competition or reward/s.
11.11. This promotional offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
12. Rule amendments
12.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website, other promotion/campaign/competition communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
12.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this promotion at its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
12.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

14.2. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this promotion in any way.
14.3. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt whatsoever that may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter, will automatically result in disqualification.
14.4. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
14.5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
14.6. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
