2. Promoter’s name
2.1. This campaign is offered by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd (“Multiply”), an entity within Momentum Group Limited, with Reg. No. 2014/188245/07, having its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157.
2.2. This promotion is run in collaboration with Vo2 Max Private Gym CC t/a The Lisa Raleigh Group, with Reg no: 2010/018875/07 (hereinafter referred to as “Lisa Raleigh”).
2.3. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. The campaign offer
3.1. Multiply members get up to 50% off on selected Body Kind sports bras:
3.1.1. Lisa Raleigh will contribute 20% towards the discount of up to 50%.
3.1.2. Multiply will contribute up to 30% towards the discount of up to 50%.
3.2. This discount is dependent on the Multiply product (Multiply Engage/Inspire or Multiply Engage Plus/Inspire Plus) and members reward level.
3.3. The discount applies to selected Body Kind sports bras in the cart and not to any other items.
3.4. The discount only applies to purchases made on the Multiply Mall.
4. Campaign period
4.1. The start date and time of the promotion is Monday, 1 December 2025, 00:00 and the end date and time is Sunday, 7 December 2025, 00:00.
5. How to participate
5.1. A participant must be a Momentum Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Engage/Engage Plus Member or partner/spouse or adult dependant of the Main Member (“Member/s”).
5.2. Members must purchase the Body Kind sports bra from the Multiply Mall.
5.3. The discount offered as part of the Multiply/Body Kind partnership will be redeemed through the Multiply rewards programme.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in this campaign, you must be:
6.1.1. A natural person who is 18 years or older;
6.1.2. A South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.3. In possession of a valid South African ID book, South African driving license or valid passport for identification purposes;
6.1.4. A Momentum Multiply Inspire/Plus or Engage/Plus Main Member or partner/spouse or adult dependant (“Member”).
7. Exclusions
7.1. This campaign is not available to the following members:
7.1.1. Members who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in paragraph 6;
7.1.2. Minors or persons under the age of 18;
7.1.3. A business or corporate entity.

9. Privacy
9.1. You understand and agree that to offer this campaign, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mobile number and, in certain instances, your image;
9.2. Personal information which you provide during this campaign may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications;

10. General
10.1. By entering the campaign, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this campaign.
10.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this promotional campaign, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third party.
10.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this campaign.
10.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
10.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from the campaign.
10.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or because of using this campaign, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
10.8. Unless we say otherwise, you must be 18 years of age and older to participate in the campaign.
10.9. Nothing in terms of this campaign may not be sold or given to someone else.
10.10. This campaign cannot be swapped for a different campaign or reward/s.
10.11. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
10.12. You cannot use this campaign with any other Momentum Multiply campaign.
11. Rule amendments
11.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website, other campaign/competition communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
11.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this competition/campaign in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
11.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this campaign and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

13. Important
13.1. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this competition/campaign in any way.
13.2. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt or whatever may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
13.3. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
13.4. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
13.5. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
