In addition to the Multiply online shop general terms and conditions, partner specific product terms and conditions and partner specific Returns and Repairs policies, the following terms and conditions shall apply to the Multiply online shop clearance sale:
1. What is the clearance sale about?
1.1. Momentum Multiply is offering all members an 80% discount on selected physical products to say goodbye to our existing Multiply online shop.
2. How is my spend limit affected?
2.1. The products listed under the clearance sale will not affect your spend limits for 2025.
3. Which vouchers can I buy for this clearance sale?
3.1. Vouchers are not included in this clearance sale, and you will not receive any additional discounts/HealthReturns for this sale.
3.2. Any vouchers purchased will impact your spend limits for 2025.
4. What products can I buy during the sale?
4.1. There is a wide range of products to choose from. We reserve the right to limit quantities per member.
5. How long is the sale running for?
5.1. The sale starts on Monday, 24 February 2025 and ends on Monday, 3 March 2025.
6. I received communication about the clearance sale, and when I logged on there were limited products available. How can I ensure that I am able to buy the products I want?
6.1. The products are only available while stocks last. Unfortunately, stock cannot be reserved for members; it is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
7. I logged on to the Multiply online shop for the sale and there was a technical issue on your platform, now I have missed out on a great opportunity. Will I be accommodated?
7.1. We attempt to assist members who encounter technical issues while shopping, but unfortunately, we cannot reserve stock. The sooner we are notified of the problem, the sooner we can assist.
8. Can I cancel my order?
8.1. An order can only be cancelled if the order has not yet been processed and is not enroute to you (subject to track and trace). If the order has already been processed it will follow the ‘Returns’ process detailed in clause 16 of the Multiply online shop general terms and conditions, which can be accessed here.
8.2. If you wish to cancel an order that is on last mile delivery, which means it is enroute from the courier hub to you, the delivery fees shall not be refunded to you by Momentum Multiply as courier re-routing fees are required.
9. Cancellation by Momentum Multiply:
9.1. No cancellation fees will be payable.
9.2. Momentum Multiply will refund you the Rand value of which you have actually paid for the cancelled product/s.
9.3. Momentum Multiply will not be liable for any loss or claim relating to a cancelled order or refusal to process an order.
10. Products lost or damaged in transit, or on delivery:
10.1. You must inspect the product/s when they are delivered to you:
10.1.1. If you are satisfied that the product/s are in good condition and not damaged, you or your representative (the person receiving the parcel) must sign the delivery slip, which will be proof that the product/s have been delivered in a good, undamaged condition.
10.1.2. If the product/s are damaged in any way, you must reject the delivery, note the reason for rejecting the product/s and the nature of the damage on the delivery slip.
10.1.3. Please notify Momentum Multiply immediately and do not accept delivery of the product/s.
10.1.4. If you do not note the reason for rejecting the product/s and the nature of the damage on the delivery slip, Momentum Multiply is entitled to regard the product/s as if they were in good condition and not damaged when delivered to you.
10.2. If you believe that your product/s were either lost or damaged in transit, you must notify Momentum Multiply no later than 5 (five) (or as specified by partner in their Returns and Exchanges policies) working days of the product/s being received or being perceived overdue.
10.3. In the case of damaged product/s, the unused product/s must be returned to the partner as soon as possible with all associated packaging and documentation, the reasonable costs (eg the handling fee) will be borne by Momentum Multiply, provided that your claim is valid. Momentum Multiply as well as the partner reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to reject such product/s returned, if it is reasonable to believe they were not in fact damaged in transit.
10.4. Should a product/s be damaged at the time of delivery collection, please contact the partner directly on the returns address provided on the Multiply online shop terms and conditions.
11. Returns
11.1. Momentum Multiply will only accept returns if the product/s are within the cooling-off period of 7 (seven) days subject to the below terms, all products returned for refunds after the cool-off period shall be rejected by Momentum Multiply.
11.2. All returns must be made and completed with the partner and not Momentum Multiply and are subject to the partner’s terms and conditions.
11.3. Returns must be in their original packaging conditions, not used or tampered with.
11.4. If you, as a member, are not completely satisfied, you are able to return the product/s to the partner and the partner will be obligated to either repair/replace the product or credit the member’s bank account (from which the payment was made for the initial order), subject to the Multiply online shop and partner terms and conditions and clauses below regarding refunds, cancellations, exchanges and faulty product/s.
11.5. If you return a product/s that does not comply with these terms and conditions, you may be liable to reimburse the respective partner for costs incurred in returning the product/s.
12. Refunds
12.1. Momentum Multiply will only accept refunds if the product/s are within the cooling-off period of 7 (seven) days subject to the below terms, all product/s returned after the cool-off period shall be rejected and non- refundable by Momentum Multiply.
12.2. Refunds will take up to 14 (fourteen) working days to reflect in your bank account however this will always be dependent on your bank. Subject to the provisions of the applicable laws, when and if applicable, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communication and Transactions Act (ECTA).
12.3. Momentum Multiply provides for an online credit to be utilised on the Multiply online shop when you request for a refund. Strictly no cash refunds.
12.4. Handling fee = 15% (unless otherwise specified by the partner) of the value of the product/s (should you return the product/s to Momentum Multiply), 15% (unless otherwise specified by the partner) of the retail value of the product/s will be charged.
12.5. Product/s must be sealed, unused, not personalised, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. All product/s returned outside of the cooling-off period are non-refundable.
12.6. Refunds will be paid into the bank account from which the product/s was purchased. Refunds will only be processed via EFTs. All refunds will be made to a valid South African MasterCard or Visa credit card account.
12.7. Momentum Multiply will only refund product/s or subscriptions (a subscription refund will only be provided for the remaining non-delivered issues for the subscription duration and not previous periods).
13. Faulty and/or defective products
13.1. Faulty products will be returned to the partner for assessment as detailed in the relevant partner’s terms and conditions and below.
13.2. Your product/s will be couriered to the partner for assessment.
13.3. Assessment of the product/s will take up to 15 (fifteen) working days.
13.4. A handling fee may be payable by you.
13.5. Products will either be fixed or exchanged/replaced by the partner.
13.6. Normal wear and tear will not constitute as a defect.
13.7. If you return a defective product but fail to return all the accessories or parts that were sold with the product/s, your request will be refused.
14. Unwanted products
14.1. You may be able to return an unwanted product/s to the partner provided, which is subject to the partner’s terms and conditions and the below requirements:
14.1.1. It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
14.1.2. It is in the original packaging and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable). Please refer to our FAQs for some examples.
14.1.3. It is not missing any accessories or additional parts.
14.1.4. It is not listed in clause 21 of the general terms and conditions, which can be accessed here.
14.2. Once the partner has inspected the product/s and validated the return, the partner will credit your bank account (from which the payment was made for the initial order) with the full purchase price of the product within 8 (eight) days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). Please bear in mind that refunds can take up to 30 working days to reflect in your bank account (from which the payment was made for the initial order).
14.3. The partner is under no obligation to accept a damaged product/s that are returned, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories or parts.
