1. Introduction
1.1. Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd is an entity within Momentum Group Limited, Reg no 1971/006353/07, with its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (“Momentum Multiply”);
1.2. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the transition of Momentum Multiply's activity data provider aggregator, of its users’s data, from FitVault (Pty) Ltd Reg. No 2017/426386/07 (“FitVault”) to Terra Enabling Developers, Inc. (“Terra”);
1.3. Terra’s terms and conditions applicable to user’s, can be found here;
1.4. By continuing to use Momentum Multiply's services, you agree to these T&Cs. -
Transition Details
2.1. The effective date of transition from FitVault to Terra will take place on 31 December 2024;
2.2. Users' activity data will be transferred from FitVault to Terra to ensure continuity of service;
2.3. Users must relink their activity tracking devices to Terra via the Multiply app during this period to continue tracking their activity; in the event that user’s do not link their device to Terra before 31 December 2024, any activity will not be logged and no rewards will be allocated.

Data Privacy and Security
3.1. Terra will handle all user data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Momentum Multiply's privacy policy;

3.4. Users' data will be securely transferred and stored by Terra. -
User Responsibilities
4.1. User’s must ensure their activity tracking devices are compatible with Terra;
4.2. Users are responsible for updating their account information and ensuring their data is accurately recorded;
4.3. Users must relink their activity tracking devices to Terra during the transition period before 31 December 2024, to continue tracking their activity, failure to do so will result in active days data not being scored/recorded after the transition period. -

5.1. Momentum Multiply will provide support during the transition period, users can contact customer support via e-mail on multiply@momentum.co.za and/or Whatsapp on 0861886600 for any issues or questions related to the transition;

Amendments to T&Cs
6.1. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. users will be notified of any significant changes.
