The components of the fitness assessment are body composition, strength test and a fitness test. All of these components need to be done to get a fitness assessment level. If you are injured and cannot complete one of these components, it could impact your fitness assessment level. It is, therefore, best to first recover from the injury before going for your fitness assessment.
