You do not get rewards for a fitness assessment on its own. When you combine your fitness assessment with your health assessment, you’ll get a rewards level and guaranteed HealthReturns for 12 months, based on this rewards level.
Your rewards level will also determine the partner rewards level that you qualify for.
Multiply Engage
As a Multiply Engage member, you can do your fitness assessment to know your health, but you will not earn rewards for it.
Multiply Engage Plus
Your fitness assessment results, together with your Healthy Heart Score, will determine the partner rewards level that you qualify for.
