Simply pay the full amount (R520) for your in-person fitness assessment using your HealthSaver, at a Multiply-approved healthcare provider, and we’ll pay 50% back into your HealthSaver* account.
For members with a HealthSaver account
How it works:
- Book your in-person fitness assessment on the Multiply app.
- Pay R520 using your HealthSaver card or the Scan-to-Pay option where available.
- Email your invoice and proof of payment to multiply@momentum.co.za.
- Once your claim has been verified, R260 in cashbacks will be paid into your HealthSaver account.
For members without a HealthSaver account
Open a HealthSaver account in just a few steps:
• Log in to the Momentum App or go to momentum.co.za.
• Select Health and then HealthSaver.
• Follow the prompts to complete your application.
Once your account is open, follow the steps under How it works above to get your cashbacks.
