- How do I earn Active Dayz in 2026?
We’re giving you 7 ways to earn Active Dayz. You can earn Active Dayz for single and combo activities and across three intensity levels – low, moderate and high. These are made up of either steps, a workout, or a combination of both. You’ll only be able to earn Active Dayz for 2 low-intensity workouts a week. If your activity goals are higher, you need to also do either moderate or high intensity workouts or get Active Dayz with steps.
2. Why are Active Dayz important?
Moving and being active is a very important building block for better overall health. Being active boosts your physical and mental health, improves your energy levels, strengthens your heart and muscles, and helps prevent illness. It also lifts your mood and supports better sleep. Active Dayz helps you keep track of your activities and helps you set movement goals. You also get rewarded with Weekly and Monthly Wins on Multiply Inspire, Multiply Inspire Plus, and Multiply Engage Plus.
3. Why do I need to do a Recharge Scan?
Your heart reveals a lot about your health and fitness. A Recharge Scan through a quick finger scan on the app gives you daily insight into how well your body is coping with rest, recovery, and overall wellness.
4. How do I do a Recharge Scan?
• Step 1 – Log in to the Multiply app
• Step 2 – Choose Recharge from the home screen
• Step 3 – Follow the prompts
5. How do I redeem Multiply Wins vouchers?
How it works:
• Log in to the Momentum Multiply app to select your voucher.
• Once you have redeemed your chosen voucher, you will receive an SMS with your voucher code. A voucher is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
The expiry date is displayed on the voucher. Remember that you have 14 days to select a treat from the Monday after the streak was earned.
6. How can I gym for free?
Cashbacks and HealthReturns paid into your HealthSaver account are like having money back in your pocket. In addition to the discount that you qualify for based on your rewards level, you can use the money in your HealthSaver account to pay your gym membership fee. For example, if your membership fee at Planet Fitness is R1 200 a month and you are on rewards level 4, you qualify for a 45% discount. The R660 can be covered by the money in your HealthSaver account.
7. What are other ways in which I can spend my HealthReturns?
You can use your HealthReturns to:
• Shop at selected Multiply partners
• Pay toward your medical scheme contribution
• Pay for healthcare providers
8. How many domestic flights do I get a year with my Multiply discount?
You’ll get six one-way domestic flights for all family members on Multiply. Bookings must be made in advance. A 0% discount on over-the-limit bookings will apply for domestic flights.
9. How many international flights do I get a year with my Multiply discount?
You’ll get one return international flight for all family members on Multiply. Bookings must be made in advance. Regional flights are counted as an international flight ie everything outside of the South African border is considered an international flight.
10. What is the Multiply Mall?
The Multiply Mall is your one-stop shopping experience, bringing you the variety and convenience of a mall, all on the Multiply app and on multiply.co.za. You can log in to Multiply Mall using the same login details.
