How to redeem your voucher
• Log in to the Multiply app and go to View Weekly Wins
• Once you’ve earned a Weekly or Monthly win, click on Convert your rewards and choose Spur
• You will receive an SMS with a code to redeem at any Spur restaurant.
• Once at the restaurant, notify the waiting staff that you have a voucher. When you are ready to pay your bill, show the SMS with the voucher code to the staff to redeem the amount off your purchase price.
• Pay the difference.
What you need to know
· Vouchers may be redeemed at any Spur Steak Ranches nationwide.
· The voucher is only redeemable in-store at the point of sale.
· Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· The voucher denomination cannot be changed.
· Your voucher can be used for part of a payment and cover the remaining balance with cash or card.
· Vouchers are NOT stackable.
· You can only redeem 1 X R 30 Weekly Wins voucher per bill of R150 or more.
· You can only redeem 1 X R75 Monthly Wins voucher per bill of R250 or more.
· No other Spur vouchers or discount codes can be used in conjunction with Wins vouchers
· Spur does not allow members to split the table bill to accommodate more than one voucher.
· Vouchers can be used for all menu items, including specials run by Spur at any time.
· Vouchers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, after which they will expire and no longer be redeemable.
· Spur or Multiply is not liable for lost or stolen vouchers once they are issued.
