Body20 is the largest EMS and fitness franchise in Southern Africa, following a holistic approach and delivering customised, 20-minute training programmes that target all major muscle groups to ensure the best possible results for members.

What is EMS?
EMS stands for “electromuscular stimulation”: a full-body training workout using impulse current. In everyday life, the central nervous system constantly sends electrical impulses to control muscle action; so EMS uses this natural principle and is able to intensify this process to reach deeper muscle fibers, which are hard to activate through conventional training, by applying EMS electrodes directly above the muscle.
Muscle stimulation is amplified by the electrodes while doing a series of low-impact exercises as directed by qualified coaches, so you can gain the best results if you also actively work out during your session.
The training intensity can be adjusted according to the individual’s goals, making this extremely time-efficient training too.
Members should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before commencing any new exercise or fitness programme. Participation in Body20 programmes is subject to Body20's health screening and participation requirements.

There are three options to consider:
1-year membership
Lifestyle: 1 x strength session per week
Lifestyle Plus: 1 x strength session per week, plus 1 x cardio session every second week
Transformation: 1 x strength session per week, plus 1 x cardio session per week
How do I get it?
- Log in to Multiply Mall.
- Search for the Body20 icon.
- Select the Body20 offer and follow the link to the Body20 website.
- Sign up for your chosen Body20 membership at your preferred Body20 studio.
- All Multiply members get 50% off the joining fee.
- Your Multiply membership and rewards level will be verified, and the applicable monthly discount will be applied based on your selected membership option and rewards level.
- Body20 will communicate all relevant membership, pricing, and service information directly to you.
- Monthly membership fees will be deducted in accordance with your Body20 membership agreement. Continued eligibility for the Multiply discount is subject to maintaining an active Multiply membership and meeting any applicable health and fitness assessment requirements.

Using the benefit:
- Joining and membership fees must be paid using a valid South African Mastercard or Visa credit card, subject to Body20’s payment requirements.
- All quoted prices include VAT.
- Your payment will reflect the discount amount.
- All Multiply members get 50% off the joining fee.
- Eligible Multiply members may qualify for a monthly discount based on their Multiply product, rewards level, and selected Body20 membership option.
- This is not a national membership. Membership is linked to the Body20 studio at which you registered. If you relocate, you may request a transfer to another Body20 studio, subject to Body20's membership rules and studio availability.
- Multiply Inspire and Engage: Members need a Healthy Heart Score to continue earning partner rewards in 2026.
- Multiply Inspire Plus and Engage Plus: A Healthy Heart Score gives you a higher rewards level and better discounts and cashbacks. You’ll also get access to travel benefits.
