1. Promotion name
Nu Metro July 2026 promotion for Momentum Multiply members.
2. Promoter’s name
2.1. This promotion is run by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within Momentum Group Limited, 2014/188245/07, with its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157 (hereinafter referred to as “Momentum Multiply”).
2.2. This promotion is run in collaboration with Nu Metro (Pty) Ltd, 4670273756, with its principal place of business at 6 Hood Avenue, Johannesburg, 2196 (hereinafter referred to as “Nu Metro”).
2.3. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, “us”, “we”, or “our”. We’ll refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. The promotion offer
3.1. Momentum Multiply members on rewards level 2 to level 5 receive an additional 30% discount on the purchase of a Nu Metro movie ticket.
4. Promotion period
4.1. The start date and time of the promotion are Tuesday, 7 July 2026 at 00:00, and the end date is Friday, 31 July 2026 at 23:59.
5. How to participate
5.1. A participant must be a Momentum Multiply member on rewards levels 2, 3, 4 or 5 (“Member”).
5.2. To participate in the promotion, the Momentum Multiply member must purchase a Nu Metro movie ticket during the promotion period using the applicable Momentum Multiply benefit.
5.3. Eligible members will automatically receive the additional 30% discount at the time of purchase, subject to these terms and conditions.
6. Eligibility
6.1. To participate in this promotion, you must be:
6.1.1. A South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.2. In possession of a valid South African ID book, South African driving license, South African birth certificate or valid passport for identification purposes;
6.1.3. A Momentum Multiply Inspire/Plus or Engage/Plus Main Member or partner/spouse or dependant (“Member”) on levels 2, 3, 4 or 5.
7. Exclusions
7.1. This promotion is not available to the following members:
7.1.1. Members who do not meet the eligibility criteria above in paragraph 5;
7.1.2. A business or corporate entity.
7.2. Access to Screen X and 4DX cinemas are excluded from this promotion.
7.3. Multiply member discounts will not be given in conjunction with other rewards membership discounts or Nu Metro specials.
8. Cancellation
8.1. If a member’s Momentum Multiply membership is terminated for whatever reason during the promotion period, this promotion will not be applied.
9. Reference to third-party terms and conditions
9.1. The following terms and conditions will also apply to members who participate in this competition/campaign:
9.1.1. Rights of admission are reserved.
9.1.2. Nu Metro reserves all rights in terms of admission to cinemas, regardless of whether the ticketholder has purchased tickets online or in person.

10. Privacy
10.1. You understand and agree that to offer this promotion, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and, in certain instances, your picture;
10.2. Personal information which you provide during this promotion may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications.

11. General
11.1. By redeeming this promotion, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion.
11.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third-party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third party.
11.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this promotion/campaign.
11.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/or rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded, and the remainder of these terms, conditions and/or rules will remain in force.
11.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from the competition.
11.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, and liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or because of using this promotion, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
11.8. Unless we say otherwise, you must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the promotion and must be pre-selected.
11.9. The promotion may not be sold or given to someone else.
11.10. The promotion prize cannot be swapped for a different campaign/competition or reward/s.
11.11. This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
11.12. If, for any reason, Momentum Multiply cannot provide the promotion, Momentum Multiply will award an alternative prize of a similar value.
12. Rule amendments
12.1. These terms, conditions and/or rules cannot be modified or superseded except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum Multiply website, or other campaign communication methods used by Momentum Multiply.
12.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this campaign in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
12.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

14.2. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this promotion in any way.
14.3. Any violation, minor transgression, and any attempt whatsoever that may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
14.4. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/or rules are severable.
14.5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
14.6. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of your rights or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
