How do I get it?

• Go to Multiply Travel on multiply.co.za or the Multiply app via the Multiply Mall.
• Click on Travel login on the web or on Air Mauritius on the app.
• Complete the booking process.

What is the benefit:

Using the benefit: 

• Payment must be made with a valid South African Master or Visa credit card.
• All quoted prices include VAT. 
• Your payment will reflect the discount amount.
• Your discount will always depend on your rewards level.
• You need a Healthy Heart Score to qualify for the Multiply travel benefit.
• Bookings must be made through Multiply Travel.
• As a Multiply member, you may use your discount on 1 (one) return international ticket per family member on Multiply per calendar year (economy only).  
• The following fees apply to Multiply Travel:
  • Domestic flights: R75
  • International Flights: R450
  • Car Rental: R75
  • Accommodation: R75
  • Cancel for refund: R175
  • Ancillaries: R20
  • Offline consultant: R400
  • After hours surcharge: R345
• The discount applies to flights booked for leisure purposes only.
• Discounts apply on all economy booking classes
• There will be no discount if any promo code or voucher is used.
• Discounts apply to base fare + YQ taxes.
• Members must book 1 (one) week in advance (for domestic flights) and 6 (six) weeks in advance (for international flights) to get the full discount, else you’ll get 10% less discount.
• The discount doesn’t apply to changes to bookings.
• The discounts apply to international returns flights only. No one-way international travel applies.
• The discount applies only to the airfare portion of the contracted fare plus YQ taxes. The discount does not apply to taxes, airport charges, statutory levies, third‑party fees, tourism levies, carrier‑imposed charges, fuel surcharges, booking fees, or any other surcharges which are usually determined by the Airline Partner and/or external authorities.
• The following do not qualify for Multiply discounts:
  • charter flights;
  • codeshare flights not operated by the Airline Partner;
  • business/first‑class fares (unless specified);
  • promotional or special‑fare classes;
  • private/unpublished fares;
  • taxes, levies, surcharges or third‑party charges.
• Contracted fares may differ from publicly displayed retail, dynamic, promotional, or third‑party travel fares. Public airline fares fluctuate based on availability, airline algorithms, sales, route demand, and class restrictions.
• For these reasons, the price seen on an airline’s website at a particular moment may not be comparable to the Multiply contracted fare.
• Multiply does not set, alter, influence or inflate Airline Partner fares.
• Multiply does not control, influence, calculate, or break down these amounts and is therefore unable to provide an itemised explanation of such charges.
• Depending on the fare booked, tickets may or may not be refundable. If a ticket is refundable, it may be at a cost as determined by the specific fare rules of the ticket booked.
• Changes are permitted subject to availability at a cost as determined by the fare rules of the ticket purchased.
• Multiply discounts and ticket prices are non-negotiable. Other travel agent pricing or Airline Partner specials will not apply when using the Multiply discount.

Multiply Travel limits

• Travel terms and conditions must be read together with the Multiply General Programme Rules (“General Programme Rules”), which apply to all Multiply rewards, benefits and partner offerings. Where there is any conflict, the General Programme Rules prevail.
• Momentum Multiply is a wellness rewards programme, not an airline, travel agency, or ticketing operator.
• By using the Multiply Travel Benefit, you confirm that you have have read, understood, and accepted these Travel Terms and conditions and the General Programme Rules.
• All after‑sale service (refunds, reissues, schedule changes) is governed by the Airline Partner’s conditions of carriage.
• Multiply may amend these Travel Terms and Conditions and/or the General Programme Rules with reasonable notice.
• Multiply may suspend or revoke benefits in cases of fraud, misuse, or abuse.
• Multiply is not liable for the acts, omissions, or pricing decisions of Airline Partners or third‑party providers.
• Standard Air Mauritius terms and conditions apply.
