How do I use the benefit?
- Download and register on the Playtomic app.
- You can choose from any Padel court to book and pay for a game on the app.
- Send your Playtomic invoice to our WhatsApp number (0861 88 66 00) or email us at multiply@momentum.co.za. Invoices must be submitted within 30 days after your Padel game.
- Your cashbacks only apply to the games you book, and you won’t earn cashbacks on equipment.
How to get an invoice for your purchase
Bookings made from October 2023 onward can be downloaded from your Playtomic account. You can request a receipt for a specific booking in the app.
Just follow the steps below:
1. Locate the booking in the app (to find the booking, go to your profile and choose Your activity from the drop-down menu).
2. Click on the booking.
3. Click on the drop-down menu in the upper right corner and choose See booking or cancel.
4. Scroll down and click Get service fee receipt by e-mail and a receipt for that booking will be sent to your email.
What else do I need to know?
- Contact Multiply at multiply@momentum.co.za if your cashbacks are not applied correctly.
- This benefit is available to the main member, partner/spouse and adult dependants (on Multiply Inspire Plus and Engage Plus).
- You are not allowed to transfer this benefit to non-Multiply members.
- You will no longer have access to this benefit if you cancel your Multiply membership.
- This benefit forms part of the sports and fitness spend limits.
- The maximum number of invoices that can be submitted at a time is 20.
