 What is the benefit?

How do I get it?

• Click here to complete Tailorblend’s general wellbeing quiz.
• Complete the quiz. This includes personal information (like your identity number and consent to share information with Multiply).
• Once you submit the quiz, you’ll be taken to the Tailorblend checkout page where your personalised blend is added to your cart and your cashbacks amount is displayed.
• Submit your delivery details and make the payment.
• Multiply Inspire/Plus members: If you’re a Momentum Medical Scheme member, your cashbacks will be paid into your HealthSaver account within 24 hours.
• Multiply Engage/Plus members: Your cashbacks will be paid into your Multiply wallet within 48 hours.

How to use the benefit
• You need to complete Tailorblend’s general wellness quiz and include your identity number to get a personalised supplement blend at checkout.
• Once your membership number is validated and the cashbacks amount confirmed, you can make the payment.
• Contact Multiply if your cashbacks are not applied correctly at multiply@momentum.co.za.
• Multiply standard terms and conditions apply.
• This benefit is applicable to online purchases only.
• You are not allowed to transfer this benefit to non-Multiply members.
• You will no longer have access to this benefit if you cancel your Multiply membership.
