Here are some tips to help you to track or log your activities accurately:
- Remember to start and stop your workout session on your wearable fitness device.
- Make sure that your fitness device can track your heart rate.
- Link your device and sync it regularly. Log in to the app, go to the main menu and select Manage devices. From there you can just follow the prompts.
