How to redeem your voucher
• Log in to the Multiply app and go to View Weekly Wins
• Once you’ve earned a Weekly or Monthly win, click on Convert your rewards and choose Spur
• You will receive an SMS with a code to redeem at any Spur restaurant.
• Once at the restaurant, notify the waiting staff that you have a voucher. When you are ready to pay your bill, show the SMS with the voucher code to the staff to redeem the amount off your purchase price.
• Pay the difference.
What you need to know
• Vouchers may be redeemed at any Spur Steak Ranches nationwide.
• The voucher is only redeemable in-store at the point of sale.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher denomination cannot be changed.
• Your voucher can be used for part of a payment and cover the remaining balance with cash or card.
• You can stack up to three Weekly Wins vouchers (R 30 x 3) for a single spend;
• The minimum spend requirement applicable for three Weekly Wins vouchers must be R150;
• You can stack up to three Wins vouchers, including a Monthly Wins voucher (R30 + R75 + R75) OR R30 + R30 + R75 in a single transaction.
• The minimum spend on Monthly Wins vouchers is R250.
• Vouchers can be used for all menu items, including specials run by Spur at any time.
• Vouchers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, after which they will expire and no longer be redeemable.
• Spur or Multiply is not liable for lost or stolen vouchers once they are issued.
