Not earning HealthReturns? It could be because:
- You haven’t completed the Lifestyle Quiz yet, or your Quiz has expired. You can find the Quiz under My dashboard.
- You don’t have a valid Healthy Heart Score. You can do a digital health and fitness assessment in the Multiply app or go for your in-person assessment.
- You are not HealthReturns compliant because your chronic conditions aren’t under control.
