You need a qualifying Healthy Heart Score to earn HealthReturns for your activities like Weekly and Monthly Wins. Without one, you’ll also get base level (level 1) partner rewards.
What is a qualifying Healthy Heart Score?
A qualifying Healthy Heart Score from a digital health and fitness assessment on the app means getting a Green or Amber-Green Healthy Heart Score. If you get an Amber, Amber-Red, or Red score, we’ll ask you to go for an in-person health assessment to manage any potential health risks and to unlock your rewards. Any results from an in-person health assessment are considered a qualifying Healthy Heart Score.
How are my rewards determined?
Individual rewards level: Your health journey is unique, so your individual Healthy Heart Score will determine how much HealthReturns you earn for your health and fitness assessment, Weekly Wins and Monthly Wins.
Family rewards level: For family memberships, both the main member and partner/spouse need to have a qualifying Healthy Heart Score and we'll take the highest score to determine your family rewards level for partner discount and HealthReturns. Your individual Healthy Heart Score on your family contract will determine how much HealthReturns you earn for your health and fitness assessment, Weekly Wins and Monthly Wins.
