Using the benefit: 

• We will send you a gift card code within two hours of successful order confirmation. Your gift card code will be sent via SMS to the number provided when you bought the gift card. 
• If you don’t receive your gift card code within two hours, you can log on to the Multiply online shop and view the code against the order number. It may have been delayed due to slow networks.
• This is a HealthReturns only benefit. If you have a HealthReturns-only item in your cart, like the Woolworths gift cards, and other items that qualify for either HealthReturns or discounts at checkout, your basket will default to HealthReturns. To choose discounts in light of the items that qualify for both HealthReturns and discounts, you will have to remove the HealthReturns-only item. 
• The Woolworths gift cards are redeemable in-store and online. The gift cards can be used to shop at Woolworths Food stores in South Africa.
• The gift cards are not redeemable at Woolworths stores at Engen garages. 
• The spend limit balance will be available on your rewards statement found on the Momentum Multiply website and app. 
• On Multiply Inspire Plus and Engage Plus a monthly grocery spend limit of R1 000 applies to the main member, R500 to the partner and each adult dependant, and R250 for each registered child dependant.
• Multiply Inspire/Plus members: If you’re a Momentum Medical Scheme member, your HealthReturns will be paid into your HealthSaver account within 24 hours.
• Multiply Engage/Plus members: Your HealthReturns will be paid into your Multiply wallet within 48 hours.
• Your gift cards will be valid for three years. 
• You can check your gift card balance in-store at any till point before making your purchase.
