How do I get it?
- Download the HelloCoach app here.
- Register for the HelloCoach programme and enter your ID number to validate if you are a Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Engage Plus member.
- Complete payment for the HelloCoach sessions.
- Multiply Inspire/Plus members: If you’re a Momentum Medical Scheme member, your HealthReturns will be paid into your HealthSaver account within 24 hours.
- Multiply Engage/Plus members: Your HealthReturns will be paid into your Multiply wallet within 48 hours.

Using the benefit:
- Before selecting the sessions you want to buy, you need to register with your ID number on the HelloCoach app, which will validate your Multiply Inspire/Inspire Plus or Engage Plus membership.
- Once your ID or passport number is validated and we confirm payment, your HealthReturns will be paid into your HealthSaver account for Multiply Inspire and Inspire Plus members.
- Once your ID or passport number is validated and we confirm payment, your HealthReturns will be paid into your Multiply wallet for Multiply Engage and Engage Plus members.
- This benefit is only applicable to purchases of sessions on the HelloCoach app.
