Using the benefit:
- The discount applies to flights booked for leisure purposes only.
- Flights booked must span a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 12 months.
- The discount only applies to economy seats.
- The discount doesn’t apply to changes on bookings.
- A booking fee of R450 will apply.
- The discounts above apply to the base fare portion of the ticket and exclude airport tax, insurance charges, tourism levies, courier costs and any other surcharges.
- Members will only qualify for the Multiply discount structure that is based on the service provider’s standard retail rate and not on the provider’s special rate or the travel partner’s special web fare rate.
- The Multiply discounts are only available for certain routes and destinations, according to the specific codeshare agreements of Emirates.
- Members may contact the Multiply travel desk for the complete list of destinations and routes eligible for Multiply discounts.
- The discounts apply to all cabins.
- Depending on the fare booked, tickets may or may not be refundable. If a ticket is refundable, it may be at a cost as determined by the specific fare rules of the ticket booked.
- Changes are permitted subject to availability at a cost as determined by the fare rules of the ticket purchased.
- Multiply discounts and ticket prices are non-negotiable. Other travel agent pricing or Emirates specials will not apply when using the Multiply discount.
- The Travel Desk is only open Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Make sure you have your Multiply membership number or identity number on hand. Remember you only get your Multiply discount if you book through the Multiply app, website or travel desk and only on selected flights.
- Pay for your booking through the Multiply app, website or Travel Desk.
- Members who have booked via the Multiply app, website or Travel Desk will receive their travel itinerary and booking reference number via email.
- Make sure that all details of the travellers are correctly provided (full names and identity numbers) before completing any booking, as these names will be displayed on the booking detail and need to match the detail on the travellers’ identity books.
- Change fees will apply to incorrect bookings.
- Remember to take your identity document and voucher/itinerary to the airport when you collect your boarding pass.
- Multiply will not issue any tax invoices.
