- Do your health and fitness assessment. Your Healthy Heart Score and fitness level determine your rewards level, and your HealthReturns are paid based on that level.
- Achieve your weekly and monthly activity and recharge goals and score Weekly and Monthly Wins.
The amount of HealthReturns will depend on whether you are an Inspire or Inspire Plus member, as well as your health and fitness assessment results.
