The combination of your Healthy Heart Score and fitness level determines your rewards level.
A qualifying Healthy Heart Score means Green or Amber-Green. Your health may be at risk when you get an Amber, Amber-Red or Red Score, so we’ll ask you to go for an in-person health assessment within three months to manage your health risk and to keep earning rewards.
If you are part of a qualifying medical scheme, your medical scheme will cover one free in-person health assessment per year. Alternatively, the cost will be R170,35 (VAT included).
If you do the digital health and fitness assessment on the app, you need a qualifying Healthy Heart Score.
On Multiply Inspire and Inspire Plus, the digital health assessment gives you a Healthy Heart Score and a fitness level earning you your rewards level, PLUS monthly HealthReturns. On Engage Plus, you’ll get a Healthy Heart Score and a fitness level, giving you your rewards level.
