You can do the digital health and fitness assessment on the Multiply app, for free, once a year, if you have the free benefit. If you get an Amber, Amber-Red or Red Healthy Heart Score, you have 90 days to do your in-person health assessment. You can do the in-person fitness assessments as many times as you like – you just need to keep in mind the cost.
