The purpose of these terms and conditions is to give you information and guidelines on how the new wellness rewards products, Multiply Inspire and Inspire Plus and Multiply Engage and Engage Plus, will work.
2. Parties and/or participants
2.1. Momentum Multiply – refers to Momentum Multiply Proprietary Limited herein referred to as “We” or “Us” or “Our” or “Momentum Multiply”.
2.2. Member – refers to main member; partner/spouse; adult dependant; child dependant herein referred to us as “you” or “your”.
2.3. Momentum Multiply Inspire and Inspire Plus and Momentum Multiply Engage and Engage Plus, herein referred to as the “product”.
3. Acceptance of these terms and conditions
3.2. These rules will apply to and bind all Momentum Multiply member(s). Dependants on your membership are also bound by these general rules. Any rule that applies to the main member, will therefore also apply to dependants.
4. Weekly rewards general information
4.1. As a Momentum Multiply member you get rewarded for achieving your weekly and monthly goals.
5.1. Multiply Inspire: For Weekly and Monthly Wins you will earn only HealthReturns.
5.2. Multiply Inspire Plus: For Weekly and Monthly Wins, you will earn only HealthReturns or a treat.
5.3. Multiply Engage: Multiply Engage members do not qualify for Weekly or Monthly Wins and will not earn a reward.
5.4. Multiply Engage Plus: For Weekly Wins, you will earn a treat.
6. Weekly Wins
6.1. Weekly Wins is a reward offered to Multiply members who meet their weekly (Monday to Sunday) physical activity goals through Active Dayz.
6.2. These weekly targets are dynamic based on your activity.
6.3. You need to get 10 000 in a day or 300 calories in a workout session to get an active day – please refer to the Active Dayz terms and conditions.
6.4. Once you reach your activity target for the week, you’ll get a Weekly Win.
6.5. HealthReturns will be paid based on your fitness assessment result.
7. Physical activities eligible for Weekly Wins
7.1. Activities logged through an activity tracking device or app, which has been linked to your Multiply profile, are eligible for Weekly Wins.
7.2. This includes earning 300 calories per workout or 10 000 steps a day.
7.3. Gym visits or elite events do not qualify for Weekly Wins.
8. Earning boosted weekly rewards
8.1. You can earn a boosted weekly reward by:
8.1.1. Achieving your weekly physical activity target; and
8.1.2. Completing your Recharge Dayz weekly target (Recharge Goal)
8.2. Sync your device daily to determine if you have achieved a streak.
8.3. Once you earn a streak, you qualify to choose a treat.
9. Device syncing
9.1. Sync your device daily to see if you have achieved your Weekly Wins activity or sync your device every Sunday to see if you have achieved a Weekly Win.
9.2. Syncing is permitted up until midnight (24:00) on Wednesday to earn a Weekly Win for the previous week.
9.3. It is your responsibility to procure and link devices to access the Momentum Multiply benefits.
9.4. Please note third party device terms and conditions will apply and must be adhered to by members.
9.5. Momentum Multiply will not be responsible or liable for any failure, malfunction or losses related to third party devices.
9.6. The responsibility to sync your device or app regularly is yours, Momentum Multiply will not be liable or responsible for the incorrect tracking due to members not syncing devices timeously.
9.7. You must refer to the list of supported devices and apps for accessing the Momentum Multiply benefits/services, the list can be found on the Momentum Multiply app. Any other device or app cannot be used unless listed.

10. Choosing treats
10.1. You can choose a treat as soon as you have achieved your goal.
10.2. You will have 14 (fourteen) days to choose a treat, from the date on which your goal was achieved.
10.3. Log in to the app to choose your treat. Once you’ve selected your treat, you will get your voucher code. This will then be sent to you via SMS.
10.4. Alternatively, you can also convert your voucher into HealthReturns of the same amount.
11. Double your weekly rewards
11.1. If you achieve your weekly Recharge Goal, you will double your weekly reward.
12. Monthly Wins and monthly rewards
12.1. If you get four consecutive Weekly Wins, you get a Monthly Win.
12.2. HealthReturns will be paid based on your fitness assessment level.
12.3. Monthly Wins rewards you for every 4-week winning streak.
13. Earning monthly rewards
13.1. Achieve a 4-week Weekly Wins streak and get rewarded.
13.2. A boosted monthly reward (adding a Recharge Goal) can only be earned once you have achieved your Active Dayz monthly win.
13.3. Upon earning a Monthly win for both Active and Recharge Dayz, you are eligible for a boosted monthly reward.
14. Monthly rewards treats
14.1. If you qualify for Monthly Wins, you can choose one treat for each Monthly Win. Alternatively, you can also convert their voucher into HealthReturns of the same amount.
15. Vouchers rules
15.1. Once the treat is selected, a voucher will be issued with a voucher code via SMS.
15.2. The voucher code must be provided at the point of sale in order to be redeemed.
15.3. For Dis-Chem online purchases, the voucher code must be captured before payment is made.
15.4. The voucher may not be exchanged for cash.
15.5. Vouchers are valid for 14 (fourteen) days from date of issue.
15.6. Multiple vouchers may be used for a single transaction.
15.7. The voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
15.8. All vouchers are for single use only and cannot be used multiple times if the full voucher value was not used, change will not be given.
16. Fees and charges
16.1 If you earn HealthReturns, you will pay R40 per year administration fee for their HealthSaver account.
17. Limitations and restrictions
17.1 No members under 18 are permitted to engage in this benefit.
18.1. All engagement for Momentum Multiply Inspire and Inspire Plus and Momentum Multiply Engage and Engage Plus will take place on the Momentum app or the Momentum Multiply app.
18.2. Momentum clients will have access to Momentum Multiply and the relevant products through the Momentum app and all other members will have access through the Momentum Multiply app.

18.5. Once you’ve downloaded the respective app, you need to register a profile. You will be able to view all your health and membership details on your private profile.
18.6. Please note that the Momentum Multiply app terms and conditions will apply, you can find these on the app.
19. Termination and cancellation
19.1 You will no longer have access to this benefit if your Momentum Multiply membership is cancelled.
19.2 On termination date of the main member’s Momentum Multiply membership, all members rights to the benefits will cease and no refunds of any fees paid will be permitted. Refer to the Momentum Multiply General Programme Rules for details.
19.3 Momentum Multiply may cancel or suspend your benefit upon investigation proving one of the below:
18.6.1. You breach any of the rules of Momentum Multiply; or
18.6.2. You are using the benefit(s) of the programme in an abusive and/or fraudulent manner.
19.4 Momentum Multiply may cancel your benefit upon conclusion investigation proving one of the abovementioned breaches.
20. Change to the terms, conditions and rules
20.1 Momentum Multiply may, in its sole discretion and at any time, amend these rules and/or any business rules associated with them in any manner whatsoever. Such amendments may include, but shall not be limited to, amendments to the amounts and percentages referred to in these rules as well as changing the model of the Momentum Multiply programme.
20.2 Momentum Multiply shall publish the amended terms and conditions on Momentum Multiply digital channels or any other manner as Momentum Multiply may determine in its sole discretion.
20.3 You will be provided with thirty days prior notice to any amendments and if you continue to use the Momentum Multiply benefits at the end of the notice period (effective date), you will be deemed to have accepted the amendments.
21. Important disclosures and legal matters
21.1 If you fail to comply with any part of these rules, you will be disqualified and you will forfeit any benefit(s).
21.2 Should we not exercise some or all of our rights or waive certain requirements, this shall not be seen as a waiver of our rights or deprive us from insisting on strict adherence to those terms or any other term at a later stage. You must not assume that this means that the rules have been changed or that it no longer applies to you.
21.3 Momentum Multiply is not responsible/liable for any unauthorised human or technical intervention, or for any transactions that is not processed, executed, saved or transmitted, regardless of the cause.
21.4 Momentum Multiply may at its sole discretion decide who may participate in these benefits/challenges.
21.5 Any benefit allocated to you considers prevailing legislation and/or any applicable practice. In the event of a change in the applicable legislation and/or practice, Momentum Multiply reserves the right to adjust the benefits accordingly without any reasonable notice to you.
21.6 If one or more of these rules is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such portions will be severable from the body and it will not impact on the validity of remaining rules, which will stay valid.
21.7 You may not transfer or cede or exchange or sell membership, benefit or reward rights to another person.
22. Personal information and privacy
22.1 Momentum Multiply will handle your right to privacy according to the rules and regulations as stipulated here.
22.2 You will be asked to agree to certain privacy settings when registering a profile on the Momentum or Momentum Multiply app. These privacy settings can be updated at any time.

24.1 Adult dependant means dependants 18 years and older
24.2 Child dependant means persons aged 17 years and below
24.3 Momentum Multiply General Programme Rules shall mean the main terms, conditions and rules for the Momentum Multiply Programme, which will apply to all Momentum Multiply users who utilise and accept these rules.
25.1 In these rules, the singular always refers to plural, as well as the other way around. In these rules references to the masculine gender shall include the feminine.
25.2 The headings in this agreement will not affect the interpretation of it.
