How do I get it?

Using the benefit: 

• We will send you a gift card code within two hours of successful order confirmation. Your gift card code will be sent via SMS to the number provided when you bought the gift card.  
• If you don’t receive your gift card code within two hours, you can log on to the Multiply online shop and view the code against the order number. It may have been delayed due to slow networks.
• This is a cashbacks only benefit. If you have a cashbacks-only item in your cart, like the Woolworths gift cards, and other items that qualify for either cashbacks or discounts at checkout, your basket will default to cashbacks. To choose discounts in light of the items that qualify for both cashbacks and discounts, you will have to remove the cashbacks-only item. 
• The Woolworths gift cards are redeemable in-store and online. The gift cards can be used to shop at Woolworths Food stores in South Africa.
• The gift cards are not redeemable at Woolworths stores at Engen garages. 
• The spend limit balance will be available on your rewards statement found on the Momentum Multiply website and app. 
• On Multiply Inspire Plus and Engage Plus a monthly grocery spend limit of R1 000 applies to the main member, R500 to the partner and each adult dependant, and R250 for each registered child dependant.
• As a family on Multiply Premier, you get cashbacks on the first R3 300 that you spend per month or R2 200 as a single member at our grocery partners, Woolworths and Pick and Pay. This is your monthly spend limit. Once you reach your monthly spend limit, you can still enjoy 2% in cashbacks on Woolworths gift cards for the rest of the month.  
• Multiply Premier members: If you select cashbacks, your cashbacks will be transferred into your Momentum Money Savings Wallet within 24 hours. 
• Multiply Inspire/Plus members: If you’re a Momentum Medical Scheme member, your cashbacks will be paid into your HealthSaver account within 24 hours.
• Multiply Engage/Plus members: Your cashbacks will be paid into your Multiply wallet within 48 hours.
• Your gift cards will be valid for three years. 
• You can check your gift card balance in-store at any till point before making your purchase. 
• The Multiply call centre can resend the gift card on request or refer you to your order number under your Multiply online shop profile.
