Your in-person health assessment can be done at any Dis-Chem, Clicks or Multiply-affiliated pharmacy, wellness day, with a healthcare professional or with a GP.
Make sure you book an appointment, should it be necessary. During a health assessment, the nurse will measure your blood pressure, total cholesterol, glucose, as well as your height, weight and waist circumference. This, together with your gender and age, will be used to calculate your body fat percentage.
If you are part of a qualifying medical scheme, your medical scheme will cover one free in-person health assessment per year. Alternatively, the cost will be R170,35 (VAT included).
