If your smartwatch data is updating to your device account but not to Multiply, then kindly follow these steps to sync the data:
Step 1: Login to your device's account/profile on the manufacturer's website. Enter your login details to confirm that the username and password combination refers to the same account running on your phone, by comparing the data on your mobile app to your online account. (Note: Don't use the auto-fill option from your browser when completing this process.)
Step 2: Login to your Momentum Multiply app and select "Link a Device", in order to link your device's account again.
NB: Available data from your device account will update within 24 hours, after the sync/relink process.
