If you want to retrieve your username or reset your password, please click on the "Forgot login details?" link, on the Multiply website or on the Multiply app.
Password reset for Multiply Premier
Visit multiply.co.za to reset your online password. Choose ‘Multiply Premier Login’ on the top right hand corner and then enter your login details. Alternatively, select ‘Register’ or ‘Forgot login details,’ as applicable.
Once you have selected ‘Forgot login details?’, you will then have the option to either ‘Reset my password securely online’ or ‘Retrieve my username securely online.’
Resetting your online profile password
- You will be prompted to enter your profile username.
Retrieving your username
- You will be given the option to enter either your email address, ID, passport or client number, respectively.
If you did not receive your requested information via SMS or email, kindly ensure that your contact details (email address and cellphone number) have been updated or changed accordingly with our Multiply Service Team. You can send a WhatsApp or call them on 0861 88 66 00. Alternatively, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, for further assistance with your request.
