What you need to know about your Healthy Heart Score, your individual rewards level and your family rewards level
Multiply Inspire Plus
- You need a qualifying Healthy Heart Score to earn HealthReturns for Weekly Wins, Monthly Wins and leaderboard challenges.
- Your Healthy Heart Score and fitness level gives you an individual rewards level that determines the amount of HealthReturns you’ll get for your health and fitness assessment and for your Weekly and Monthly Wins.
- For partner rewards, both the main member and partner must have a qualifying Healthy Heart Score, and we’ll use the best of the two results to determine your family’s rewards level. If only one of you or neither of you has a valid Healthy Heart Score, you’ll be on rewards level 1 for partner rewards.
- A qualifying Healthy Heart Score is an Amber-Green or Green result from a digital health assessment or any result from an in-person assessment. If you get an Amber, Amber-Red or Red Healthy Heart Score from the digital health assessment, we will ask you to go for an in-person assessment to understand your health risk and to earn HealthReturns for health activities. You’ll have an in-person health assessment available that you can book on the app immediately.
Multiply Engage Plus
- Your Healthy Heart Score and fitness level give you a rewards level that determines how much you score from partners. You’ll need a qualifying Healthy Heart Score to improve your rewards level for partner rewards.
- For partner rewards, both the main member and partner must have a qualifying Healthy Heart Score, and we’ll use the best of the two results to determine your family’s rewards level. If only one of you or neither of you has a valid Healthy Heart Score, you’ll be on rewards level 1 for partner rewards.
