You can pay for the fitness assessment using your HealthSaver card. Alternatively, you can use your bank account and claim back the amount from your HealthSaver account. You can forward your invoice and proof of payment to claims@momentumhealth.co.za, and the claim will be processed. Momentum Medical Scheme will then refund you from your HealthSaver, provided there are sufficient funds in the account.
