- Apps use random access memory (RAM) from your device’s hard drive. This can be especially problematic if you’re using too many apps and/or running software that requires a lot of RAM.
- If the app refuses to load or is running slowly, the first thing to do is to close all other open applications and/or programmes on your device. Alternatively, power off and restart your device.
- Clear the app’s cache and data/cookies.
