If your data is updating to your device account but not to Multiply, then follow these steps to sync the data:
Step 1: Log in to your device’s account/profile on the manufacturer’s website. Enter your login details to confirm that the username and password combination refers to the same account running on your phone, by comparing the info on your mobile app to your online account. (Note: Don't use the auto-fill option from your browser when completing this process.)
Step 2: Log in to your Multiply app and select Link a Device to link your device’s account again.
You must link your wearable device directly with Multiply via the device manufacturer’s app (eg Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Huawei, or Apple Health) and not through a linked app like Strava.
If you’re sending us data through Strava and you have a wearable device, you need to delink from Strava and link directly to Multiply using the device manufacturer’s app for the heart rate measurement to be received eg Garmin connect or Apple Health.
2. If you have a secondary device, you must not link this device via the primary app. For example, if you have an Apple watch linked to Multiply via Apple Health and also an Ultrahuman ring, the Ultrahuman ring must be delinked from Apple Health to get an accurate view of your activity.
NB: Available data from your device account will update within 24 hours, after the sync/relink process.
