Here are some tips to help you to track or log your workout sessions accurately:
- Remember to start and stop your workout session on your wearable fitness device.
- Make sure that your fitness device can track your heart rate.
- Link your device and sync it regularly.
Remember, earning Active Dayz doesn’t mean you need to be in the gym – you could earn it with a family walk on the beach, playing with the kids at the park or simply while shopping at the mall. Just make sure you move and meet the qualifying criteria.
