1. Guarantee name
1.1. Guarantee for Multiply Premier members moving to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus
2.1. The purpose of these terms and conditions is to give you information and guidelines on how the guarantee for Multiply Premier members moving to Multiply Engage Plus or Inspire Plus in 2024 will work.
3. Promoter's name
3.1. This guarantee is given by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within the Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited, reg no 2014/188245/07, having its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157.
3.2. In these rules we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, or “us” or “we” or “our” or Multiply. We will refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
4. Move to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus
4.1. Qualifying Multiply Premier members will have the option to stay on Multiply Premier or move to either Multiply Engage Plus or Multiply Inspire Plus (whichever product they qualify for).
4.2. From 1 February 2024, all Multiply Premier members:
4.2.2 with a qualifying Health product; and
4.2.2 who have opted to move to Multiply Engage Plus or Multiply Inspire Plus or opted not to remain on Multiply Premier shall be transferred to either Multiply Engage Plus or Multiply Inspire Plus, whichever they qualify for.
4.3. HealthReturns match for members who move from Multiply Premier to Multiply Inspire Plus:
4.3.1. We’ll match qualifying Multiply Premier members’ HealthReturns and will pay it to Multiply Inspire Plus by the 10th of the following month for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of transfer.
4.4. Status match for members who move from Multiply Premier to Multiply Engage Plus or Multiply Inspire Plus:
4.4.1. Multiply will match a qualifying Multiply Premier member’s status at time of the move (status obtained in 2023) to the rewards level on Multiply Engage Plus or Multiply Inspire Plus.
5. Duration of that guarantee is valid for: 4 months
Start date: 01 November 2023
End date: 31 January 2024
6. Acceptance of these terms and conditions
6.1 Eligible Multiply Premier main members accept these terms and conditions by:
6.1.1 Not opting to remain on Multiply Premier, or
6.2.2 Opting in to move their Multiply Premier membership to Multiply Engage Plus or Multiply Inspire Plus through the Multiply app, Multiply website, Multiply WhatsApp channel or Multiply call centre before the end date of this guarantee period.
7. How to get this guarantee
7.1. Members must complete the following to activate the benefits of the guarantee:
7.1.2. Eligible Multiply Premier members must opt in (by 30 January 2024) to be automatically moved to Multiply Engage Plus or Multiply Inspire Plus on 1 February 2024; or
7.1.3. Eligible Multiply Premier members must not opt out and remain on the Multiply Premier membership.
8. Requirements for this guarantee
8.1. Multiply Premier members with a valid Momentum Medical Scheme product.
8.2. Multiply Premier members on a qualifying medical scheme.
8.2 Multiply Premier memberships where the main member opted in to the automatic move on or before 30 January 2024.
9. Eligibility to move to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus
9.1. Health policies that qualify to move to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus:

9.2. Medical schemes that qualify to move to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus:
9.2.1. Momentum Medical Scheme

9.2.6. PG Group Medical scheme
9.2.7. BP Medical Aid
9.2.8. Golden Arrow
9.3. All Multiply Premier members with a qualifying health product who opted in to move to Multiply Engage Plus or Multiply Inspire Plus on or before 30 January 2024 will be included in the relevant guarantee.
9.4 HealthReturns match eligibility:
9.4.1. Only members who move to Multiply Inspire Plus will qualify for the HealthReturns match where HealthReturns was earned on their Multiply Premier membership before the move.
9.4.2. Multiply Premier main members, partners and adult dependants on Multiply Inspire Plus will qualify if they:
220.127.116.11. are chronically compliant; and
18.104.22.168. have a valid Healthy Heart Score (HHS); and
22.214.171.124. have at least two Weekly Wins (WW) OR a fitness assessment (FA) Level of 3 or more on the date of calculation.
9.4.3. All KidsReturns will be paid to eligible children who are linked to the Incentive, Extender, Evolve or Summit Options and where any one of the eligible members on the Inspire Plus membership complies with the eligibility rules applicable to the calculation of the HealthReturns match.
9.4.4. The HealthReturns match will only be paid out when the eligibility criteria were fulfilled on the 10th of the following month.
9.4.5. Normal Multiply Inspire Plus HealthReturns earned via activities completed will be paid out immediately.
10. Status match eligibility
10.1 Members on Multiply Engage Plus and Inspire Plus will qualify for the status match.
10.2 The status match from the eligible Premier membership to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus will be done as follows on the date of transfer:
• Premier Bronze status will match to Level 1 rewards level
• Premier Silver status will match to Level 2 rewards level
• Premier Gold status will match to Level 3 rewards level
• Premier Platinum status will match to Level 4 rewards level
• Premier Private Club status will match to Level 5 rewards level
10.3 Members on Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus can improve their rewards level after the date of the move by improving the results of their health-related activities.
11. Validity and duration of benefits part of this guarantee:
11.1. The benefits of the HealthReturns and status match will be valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of transfer, whereafter the normal Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus rules will apply.

12. Restrictions and exclusions:
12.1The following medical schemes are excluded from the Multiply Premier guarantee:
12.1.5 Pick n Pay;
12.1.6 TransMed; and
12.1.7 Underwritten lives.
13. Fees and charges
13.1. Multiply Inspire Plus and Engage Plus fees will apply to Multiply Premier members who move.
14.1. Main members on Multiply Premier will have an option on the Multiply app to opt in to or out of moving to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus.
14.2 Multiply members who opted in to moving to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus will be able to access the Multiply Inspire and Engage app using the member’s Multiply Premier app log in details.
15. Termination and cancellation
15.1. Multiply Premier memberships will be cancelled on the date of transfer to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus.
15.2 The main member on Multiply Inspire Plus and Engage Plus has 3 months to reinstate their Multiply Premier membership after moving to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus.
15.3 All benefits associated with the Multiply Premier guarantee will be forfeited upon reinstatement of the Multiply Premier membership.
15.4. Should an eligible Multiply member cancel their Multiply membership during this guarantee period, such member will no longer be eligible for this guarantee.
16. Change to the terms, conditions and rules
These terms, conditions and/rules cannot be modified or superseded, except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum website, or other campaign communication methods used my Momentum Multiply.
Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw any aspect of this competition/campaign in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
In the event of such termination, members that have made use of this campaign, will agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this campaign and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.
17. Important disclosures and legal matters
17.1 You will forfeit any benefit(s) associated to the HealthReturns guarantee when the eligibility requirements to qualify for the HealthReturns match are not met for a specific month.
17.2. You will forfeit any benefits associated with the HealthReturns match when you request a reinstatement of your Multiply Premier membership OR when you downgrade to Multiply Inspire.
17.3. Momentum Multiply is not responsible/liable for any unauthorised human or technical intervention, or for any transactions that is not processed, executed, saved or transmitted, regardless of the cause.
• You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this campaign in any way.
• Any violation, minor transgression and any attempt or whatever may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
• The clauses in these terms, conditions and/rules are severable.
• Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
• While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of our rights, or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
• By making use of this campaign, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions.
• In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this guarantee and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third party.
• The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this guarantee.
• If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/rules is deemed void or otherwise be unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded and the remainder of these terms, conditions and /or rules shall remain in force.
• Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate access cancelation to the guarantee.
• You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or as a result of using this competition, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
• Unless we say otherwise you must be 18 years of age and older to participate in the competition and must be pre-selected.
• The campaign may not be sold or given to someone else.
• The campaign cannot be swapped for a different campaign or reward/s.
• This campaign is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
• You cannot use this guarantee together with any other Multiply offers.
18. Personal information and privacy
18.1 Your privacy settings and consent selections applicable to the Multiply Premier membership will be transferred to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus upon date of transfer. Your consent selections can be updated at any time.
18.2 Multiply will handle your right to privacy according to the rules and regulations as stipulated here.

20.1 Main member means the policy holder on the subscription 18 years and older.
20.2 Partner means any person 18 years and older who is married or co-habits with the main member.
20.3 Adult dependant means dependants 18 years and older.
20.4 Child dependant means persons aged 7 – 17 years of age.
20.5 Child means any person younger than 7 years.
20.6 HealthReturns refers to the monthly amount of money that will be deposited into a family’s HealthSaver account linked to the medical scheme policy. Each eligible individual member can earn monthly HealthReturns by participating in the different health-related activities.
20.7 HealthReturns guarantee refers to the average HealthReturns earned on the Premier membership for the best preceding 12 months that will serve as the amount for the HealthReturns a member will earn on Multiply Inspire Plus.
20.8 HealthReturns match refers to the difference between the HealthReturns guarantee per eligible member and the actual HealthReturns earned on the Multiply Inspire Plus membership for members who opted in to moving to Multiply Inspire Plus or Engage Plus on or before 30 January 2024. The HealthReturns match will be allocated to the eligible members on Multiply Inspire Plus for a period of 12 months from the date of transfer from the Premier membership to Multiply Inspire Plus (as an example: Average HealthReturns earned on Premier over 12 months = R700. Actual HealthReturns earned on Multiply Inspire Plus for HealthReturns qualifying categories = R250. The HealthReturns match will be R700 – R250 = R450)
20.9 KidsReturns refers to the HealthReturns that will be paid to eligible children who earned KidsReturns on Multiply Premier on the Incentive, Extender, Evolve or Summit Options. Any one of the adult members on the Inspire Plus membership must comply with the eligibility rules applicable for the allocation of the HealthReturns match to allow for the allocation of the KidsReturns. KidsReturns will not be allocated if any of the qualifying adult members on the membership does not pass the qualifying criteria for allocation of the HealthReturns match.
20.10 Status match refers to instances where Multiply Premier members on Bronze status will be matched to Level 1 rewards level, Silver status will be ed to Level 2 rewards level, Gold status will be matched to Level 3 rewards level, Platinum status will be matched to Level 4 rewards level and Private Club will be matched to level 5 rewards level. The status match will be applicable for a period of 12 months from the date of transfer.
20.11 HealthReturns qualifying categories refer to all activities for which members can earn HealthReturns, excluding the leaderboard challenges.
20.12. Multiply Premier members shall mean members linked to the same Multiply Premier membership number.
20.13 Multiply Premier shall mean the Multiply product for which members pays a monthly fee according to family composition.
20.14 Qualifying Health option shall mean any one of the following medical scheme options:
20.15 Multiply Inspire Plus and Engage Plus shall mean the product to which the main member can upgrade which carries a monthly fee based on the number of members linked to the membership. The fees payable per role is as follows:
20.16 Excluded schemes refer to the schemes who will not form part of the Multiply Premier guarantee. The schemes not included in the guarantee are listed under 12.1.
21.1. In these rules, the singular always refers to plural, as well as the other way around. In these rules references to the masculine gender shall include the feminine.
