Using the benefit:
- We will send you a voucher code within two hours of a successful order confirmation.
- Your voucher code will be sent via SMS or email to the contact details provided when you bought the voucher.
- Vouchers are available in denominations of R500, R1 000, R2000, R5 000 and R10 000.
- Vouchers cannot be returned for a refund – terms and conditions from Tiger Wheel and Tyre apply.
- Payments must be made using a valid MasterCard or Visa credit card, EFT, Momentum Money or HealthSaver.
- For Multiply Engage, Engage Plus, Inspire and Inspire Plus members, this is a cashbacks only benefit.
- Multiply Premier member can choose between a discount or cashbacks.
- If you select the discount instead, your payment due will reflect the discounted amount.
- If you select cashbacks, you will pay the full amount.
- Your savings in any calendar year from January to December will always depend on your Multiply status or rewards level.
- Annual spend limit rules will be applied to the gross value (before discount) of goods purchased;
- For Multiply Engage and Inspire, there is no spend limit.
- For Multiply Premier, purchases are subject to a R30 000 annual spend limit per family, or R20 000 annual spend limit for a single member.
- For Multiply Inspire Plus and Engage Plus, the maximum annual voucher spend limit for combined voucher partners’ vouchers is R10 000 for principal members, R5 000 for a registered partner.
- The full retail price, and not the discounted price of your purchase, counts toward the spend limit. If you choose cashbacks instead of discounts, the full retail price you pay will count towards your spend limit.
- Multiply Premier members: If you select cashbacks, your cashbacks will be transferred into your Momentum Money Savings Wallet within 24 hours.
- Multiply Inspire/Plus members: If you’re a Momentum Medical Scheme member, your cashbacks will be paid into your HealthSaver account within 24 hours.
- Multiply Engage/Plus members: Your cashbacks will be paid into your Multiply wallet within 48 hours.
