2. Promoters Name:
2.1. This Competition is run by Momentum Multiply (Pty) Ltd, an entity within the Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited. Reg. No. 2014/188245/07, having its principal place of business at 268 West Avenue, Centurion, 0157.
2.2. This Competition’s prizes are sponsored by Nu Metro, Registration Number 1997/000012/07 (herein referred to as “Nu Metro”).
2.3. In these rules we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)”, or “us” or “we” or “our”. We will refer to participants as “you” or “your”.
3. The Competition offer:
3.1. 25 (Twenty-five) winners will each receive two (2) x 2D movie tickets, valued at R200 (R100 per ticket).
4. Competition period
4.1. Start date and time: Wednesday, 1 November 2023 – 00:01 to
4.2. End date and time: Thursday, 30 November 2023 – 23:59.59
5. How to participate:
5.1. Momentum Multiply Members must complete the following:
5.1.1. Join and participate in the November 2023 Leaderboard Challenge; and
5.1.2. Rank between Copper, Bronze, Silver or Gold.
5.1.3. Each member gets one (1) entry into this competition based on their ranking at the end of the challenge.
5.2. Only members that rank between Copper and Gold at the end of this competition period will receive an entry into this competition.
6. Eligibility
6.1. In order to participate in this competition, you must be:
6.1.1. A natural person who is 18 years or older;
6.1.2. A South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;
6.1.3. In possession of a valid South African ID book, South African Driver’s License or valid passport for identification purposes; and
6.1.4. A Momentum Multiply Inspire or Inspire Plus member.
7. Exclusions
7.1. This competition is not available for the following members:
7.1.1. People who do not meet the eligibility criteria above;
7.1.2. Minors or persons under the age of 18;
7.1.3. A business or corporate entity;
7.1.4. All staff members within the Multiply and Nu Metro team; and
7.1.5. The following persons may not take part in this competition even if they qualify to take part. They will forfeit (give up) any prizes awarded to them:
7.1.5.1. Any employee of the promoter(s);
7.1.5.2. Any director, member, partner, agent of, or consultant of the promoter(s);
7.1.5.3. Any other person who directly or indirectly controls the promoter(s); and
7.1.5.4. The spouse, life partner, siblings, children, or parents of any of the persons named in the points above.
7.1.5.5 Any person whose Nu Metro attendance has been rescinded or previously terminated by Nu Metro due to non-compliance with Nu Metro rules will not be eligible for this competition.
8. Winner selection
8.1. 25 (twenty-five) winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by Wednesday, 6 December 2023.
8.2. 25 (twenty-five) back up winners will be drawn.
8.3. The winners will be drawn randomly and by someone with no affiliation or relation to the prize given.
9. Winner announcement
9.1. The winners’ contact details will be obtained from the Multiply membership information.
9.2. The winners will be informed telephonically or via email within two (2) working days after their names have been drawn that they have won the prize.
9.3. If winners cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts over three (3) working days, we will proceed to contact the backup winners and the prizes will be forfeited and allocated to those backup winners.
9.4. Winners will then be announced on the following platforms: Facebook.com/MultiplyRSA, twitter.com/MultiplyRSA & Instagram.com/MultiplyRSA
10. Cancellation
10.1. If a member cancels their Momentum Multiply contract – the members entry to the competition will fall away.

12. Privacy
12.1. You understand and agree that in order to offer this competition, we may collect and use your personal information. This personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mobile number and in certain instances your image.
12.2. Personal information which you provide during this competition may, subject to prevailing law, be used for future marketing activity, unless you notify us that you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing communications.
12.3. For more information on how we treat your personal information, please refer to Momentum’s Privacy Notice which can be found on our website, or you can contact us to request a copy.
13. General
13.1. By entering the competition, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this competition.
13.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Momentum Multiply’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of this promotional competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
13.3. Momentum Multiply cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act of default by a third party.
13.4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition/campaign.
13.5. If any provision or part of these terms, conditions and/rules is deemed void or otherwise be unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded and the remainder of these terms, conditions and /or rules shall remain in force.
13.6. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressing participant from the competition.
13.7. You indemnify us from and against loss, damage, costs, expenses, liabilities which you may suffer or incur arising from or as a result of using this competition, provided such loss did not arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Momentum Multiply, their affiliates, agents and/or representatives.
13.8. Unless we say otherwise you must be 18 years of age and older to participate in the competition and must be pre-selected.
13.9. The competition prize may not be sold or given to someone else.
13.10. The competition prize cannot be swapped for a different campaign/competition or reward/s.
13.11. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
13.12. You cannot use this competition together with any other Multiply promotion/competition.
13.13. If, for any reason, Momentum Multiply cannot provide the prize, Momentum Multiply will award an alternative prize of a similar value.
14. Rule amendments
14.1. These terms, conditions and/rules cannot be modified or superseded, except by us, in our reasonable and sole discretion, in a written revision to these rules posted on the Momentum website, other campaign/competition communication methods used my Momentum Multiply.
14.2. Momentum Multiply reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw any aspect of this competition/campaign in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
14.3. In the event of such termination, all entrants/participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents or employees.

16. Important
16.1. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of this competition/campaign in any way.
16.2. Any violation, minor transgression and any attempt or whatever may be deemed to be of the same value by the promoter will automatically result in disqualification.
16.3. The clauses in these terms, conditions and/rules are severable.
16.4. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this document, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
16.5. While the promoter/s may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise any or all of our rights, or waive certain requirements, the promoter/s can still insist on strict application of any of its rights at a later stage.
